My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔
Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Terrible service. Left items off order and refused to give me what I had paid for after driving all the way back to the restaurant. Never again.
I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…
Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
Pricing is ridiculous it costs more to buy 8 wings per piece than 5. Each wing was almost 20 cents more to buy more wings that makes no sense. And the workers were clueless
I made and order thru Uber eats and they completely send the wrong order…no name or receipt was attached to the bag when deliver …I decided to call them and I told them I receive someone else order,do I take it back ? all they said is they can’t do anything about it.Very unprofessional, I did call Uber eats and they help me by giving me a refund.Never ordering from here again.

Initially went twice, both times were pretty bad and items were missing. After the third visit, we realized maybe this is just how this location operates. The manager is rude, doesn't seem to have much tact with dealing with customers and doesn't apologize when they make mistakes. The manager seems to try to deflect when she or staff miss things in orders and blames the customer. We had this happen twice, but all three visits we had multiple issues: wrong items given, missing items, refusing to give cups and making us wait for an order we ordered hours ahead of time. Save your time and visit another location.

Screws up my orders EVERY time. I always pay extra for all flats, this past order (decided to try one more time) - got all drums. Ordered Louisiana Dry Rub, got BBQ. Always wrong!!!
Said come in 30 I did and i had to wait additional 20 minutes the whole point of ordering on phone is for us to quickly pick up and leave not come and WAIT for the food to be made right when I get here never again
