This was my first time dining here, but I can confidently say it won't be my last! This restaurant is literally a hidden gem.
The moment I tried the food, it was a genuine teleportation back to my grandma's house. It truly doesn't taste like typical restaurant food—it feels like HOME😍😋.
If you're looking for authentic, comforting, and soul-satisfying dishes, look no further. Highly recommended!

I finally found an excuse to stay overnight in Bakersfield so I could try out Wool Growers. I have heard about this historical gem for years. It is listed in a number of Basque sources as one of the top Basque restaurants in the West. It just marked its 70th year of operation, through several generations of owners.
