Great place to hang out
Store is always clean.
Love it, this is the only FRO-YO I i go to best oreo flavor around.
Took my granddaughter for fun
Fast and easy. Tasteful treats for all ages
Very refreshing on a hot day.
Rude cashier. Should not be in customer service! I took my kids and nephew and nieces for the yogurt. The lady wouldn’t give us spoons until we paid for everyone. She weighed all the yogurt cups however she said until the last cup is paid for she wouldn’t give us the spoons and was told this is the store policy ! What kind of policy is this ( if the yogurt and cups are weighed why having little kids wait) doesn’t make sense to me
Came by tonight, and the plain tart machine was broken again, with the flavor out by 6 PM. This happens way too often, and it’s really frustrating. The staff were also rude. I’m done coming to this store.

The worst customer service, They are not kid friendly! The employees are very rude I was there with my kids and I felt like I was doing something wrong every time I would grab a topping the employee would re arrange the spoon right after I would grab something. They couldn’t wait for us to finish to do that? As we are paying the girl has such a bad attitude rolling her eyes for no reason. Do not take your kids or family here they hate to see people walk in their store or at least that’s how they make you feel, not welcoming at all.

Plain tart flavor is always a hit or miss at this store. We usually come around 8-9 PM, and almost every time, it’s already out by then. It’s a bit disappointing since it’s such a popular flavor and one of the main reasons we visit. It would be great if this flavor could be stocked more consistently, esp in the evenings, so customers like us can enjoy it more often!

I am not accustomed to writing negative reviews, but I had an extremely unpleasant experience that I felt compelled to share. On Sunday evening I walked into Yogurtland with my five-year-old triplets. During our visit, I took charge of serving and everything was going smoothly until we reached the toppings bar. As I was busy adding toppings to one of my children's frozen yogurts, my other child reached for a topping trade. A female employee who was behind the counter yelled at my child in a very hateful and aggressive way. My young son immediately put his face down and frowned. The manner in which the employee spoke to my son was completely unacceptable. This employee lacks professionalism has poor customer service skills, and should not work in a family-friendly environment. When I discussed the incident with my son, he stated that the Yogurtland employee had “bullied” him. It's never okay to express hate towards an innocent child. This person's behavior was completely extreme and out-of-hand.

Place has gone downhill since it opened YEEEEEARS ago. Wish they had newer flavors and wish the yogurt didn't melt after 5 min of leaving the shop. I think you can find better frozen yogurt elsewhere especially for the price.

Great selection of yogurt flavors and add-in options. Took my 4 year old nephew and he had so much fun picking a few toppings! Was a great and inexpensive treat!
