My favorite flavor is Strawberry Mango Sorbet, however Plain Tart is an everyday favorite! YL has Amazing Sweet Treats at this location, easy access in and out.

White girl with blonde highlights 4/7 @ 2:40pm is really rude. Tried to get a cup , I even said excuse me n she ignored me bc she was listening to music on her AirPods and filling up the cups. Then I attempted to get some yogurt and she walks right in front of me w/ out saying excuse me and I almost bumped into her. These KIDS need to be taught manners and shouldn’t even b wearing AirPods!

Rude and unkind to children. I suggest that they ask the parents to tell their children to not touch toppings, instead of snapping at children. This interaction could’ve escalated quickly. Especially when the parent is absolutely aware to not let the children touch food & the child is simply pointing. Also what’s the deal with employees wearing AirPods on shift? What if they fall on the toppings? Now that would compromise food safety. I wonder what the food safety department would think about that.3/10 Hello, I kindly wanted to add that only one other patron was present and was just as startled as us. Cameras will surely show that. No other customer was present to say I have had this type of interaction with a service employee before at another establishment. That’s simply not true or perhaps the incident is a complete different one with a totally different reviewer. I hate to think my experience at this place is being invalidated by someone who simply was not there. I just hope that moving forward all employees here are encouraged to treat everyone with kindness.

This review is in response to Suzanne Kenney’s review. Please do not try and diminish another patron’s experience; regardless of your own personal experiences at this location ours was not pleasant whatsoever. Also, the claim that other customers recognized us for being difficult at other establishments is a flat out lie. As far as I can recall you were absolutely not there and it is painfully apparent that you are coming to the defense of somebody associated with this yogurtland location, probably the employee who was being rude in the first place. They are adults and can handle themselves, they do not need you to come to their aid in remedying a subpar interaction. I have worked in the service industry myself and can without a doubt call our original experience demeaning. This was an issue of respect, not cleanliness. To their credit the site was clean and organized; also my child absolutely did not touch any food items while there. I am not the only one who has complained about employees at this location watching children like hawks and being disrespectful, the fact you chose to single my original review out is interesting to say the least. Again, it appears that there is some sort of conflict of interest here.I am not one to write reviews in general. My only reviews are this and the previous one Kenney responded to, meaning that the interaction in question was so out of pocket I was inspired to tell others about our negative experience. The fact that you, Suzanne, feel it necessary to fill and finish up your review with critiques of character “Learn to hear the word no, ma’am. Just because you’re an adult doesn’t mean you can’t learn/grow, and be kind the service workers.” “They literally have a sign placed that says not to, but I guess reading comprehension is out of the question here.” is patronizing and lets me know that you took it personally. That being said I do hope that this location can up the quality of their employee’s behavior and provide positive experiences like the sort Suzanne herself has had. Until then, save yourself and your children the grief, don’t shop here friends.

This is in response to a review left by David Moreno Jimenez that was left on 2/27/24I was in the restaurant at the time of this incident, and knew she’d be writing a review. I’d like to add my view of the situation. Firstly, the male employee who I will not name, did not raise his voice, instead he asked the reviewer politely to not reach over the counter. They literally have a sign placed that says not to, but I guess reading comprehension is out of the question here. He may have been stern, but there was no increase in volume or tone. Secondly, her point about being mean to the children is simply not true. They didn’t interact or anything with the child nor did they speak or direct any sort of attention to the child. I bring my children here all the time, and they’ve been nothing but kind to them. Thirdly, I’m glad that they are always watching the topping bar. I have no idea when the last time your child washed their hands, let alone what they have been doing with said hands. I prefer my topping untouched and clean. I just really don’t understand the reviewers point here about kids. They simply had 0 and I mean 0 interaction with the child. Personally, I’ve never ever had a problem with the employees nor with the service. I love going here. Lastly, the reviewer didn’t have an issue with the employee wearing air pods until after she was told to not grab the spoons. Seems like she was just looking for something to complain about to give her point validity. I also overheard another customer say that this lady has done this before at another establishment. Learn to hear the word no, ma’am. Just because you’re an adult doesn’t mean you can’t learn/grow, and be kind the service workers.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! Workers at this location need an attitude adjustment badly, looking at you, Cody. Picking on kids and wearing Airpods on shift, all while yelling at paying customers is completely disrespectful. Cannot believe how manager, Kennedy, allows this sort of behavior from their employees. Workers here treat kids like they have the plague. I understand wanting to keep the store safe and clean for everyone but that does not give them the right to disparage folks. If there is an issue with grabbing at spoons, maybe place them somewhere only employees can reach? Not difficult to solve, really. I will definitely be escalating this issue as far as I can with corporate so that hopefully they can implement some sort of change. According to other reviews I have seen this is not the first time this sort of behavior has been allowed and I am sure it won't be the last. Think twice before you shop here, please.

These people HATE kids , whenever a kid reaches for a topping, pours yogurt into the cup or any move a kid makes these people will be watching your kid closely. They will clean up inmediatly after your kid gets a topping or they will remove the tray to "clean" it. If they care so much about HYGIENE they should start by GETTING A HAIRCUT , All three of them with long hair . It's unsanatary. You dont believe me ? Take your kid here and see what happens, watch as your kid gets yogurt and toppings they wont take their eyes off your kid and inmediately "clean up" or remove a tray as if your kid has AIDS or COVID or some disease. To the owner if you answer to this post dont tell to email you or get in touch with you or corporate.
