Any other day I would’ve rated this place a 5 out 5, actually yoshinoya in general is a 5 out of 5 so it sucks that this is the only location within a 100 mile radius. But it is also really far from me so it sucks even more that this happened… it seems that almost every time something is either missing or wrong in my order. Today the cashier made me repeat almost 3 times my order and yet somehow the order was wrong. I ordered and paid for gyoza but got clam chowder… who wants to eat ocean soap lol. NOT ME! But anyway, it is such a shame that this location brings the company down.

Amazing food at Great prices and every single time I go I have such a good experience. Today I ordered late didn't realize it and came to pick up when they were already closed but still with great patience for my mistake they gladly helped me out got me my food and now I'm a happy clam. The food in this Yoshinoya is not good. I’ve eaten in many yoshinoyas in Los Angeles and they do not taste like this. The beef and specially the chicken is always very chewy and taste old. Somebody is gonna end up getting sick. Either they’re under cooking or idk what they’re doing. This is the only Yoshinoya in kern county and they should be representing the franchise well or close it. I will be contacting corporate and health department to inspect. Also big red flag this place is Always empty and now I know why.

I have not EVER had service like this before. I got the two protein combo this evening and the chicken was undercooked, RAW! I tried calling and they will not answer, the automated system only prompts you to leave a message and as soon as you press #1 the phone hangs up on you. I don’t live around the corner to be going all the way back there to complain. I will be finding out who corporate is and if they don’t do anything about it, I bet somebody hears about this so something can get done. 😡

Once again they messed up my order I ordered a XL with chicken for both of my protein choices and they delivered a Lrg chicken bowl the Yoshinoya on white Lane in Bakersfield has really bad customer service they always manage to get my order wrong especially when I order it through door dash what a disappointment we need a Yoshinoya in the southwest of Bakersfield I bet we would have better service

I always stop here on my way from SoCal to NorCal. The front register staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and the place clean. My only issue is sometimes there's some sketchy people wandering outside. Besides that, their food is well-cooked and timely. Obviously, I stop with enough time since I always end up ordering 6-8 XL combos to go. Even with that, my orders have always been correct every time.

Pulled up around 8:30 p.m. excited to enjoy some good Japanese food with my husband, only to be met with disrespect and a careless tone over the intercom that completely killed our night. I should’ve snapped a photo of the two workers standing outside, since it looked like they were the only ones working and clearly not taking it seriously. If you can’t show basic courtesy to paying customers, maybe this isn’t the job for you. People spend their hard-earned money here, and they deserve better. I won’t be back and I hope no one I care about gets treated the way we were.
