I always stop here on my way from SoCal to NorCal. The front register staff is always friendly and welcoming. The food is always fresh and the place clean. My only issue is sometimes there's some sketchy people wandering outside. Besides that, their food is well-cooked and timely. Obviously, I stop with enough time since I always end up ordering 6-8 XL combos to go. Even with that, my orders have always been correct every time.

The manager was cursing on the phone. She made it rather uncomfortable. Food was good. Young man in there working diligently.

Pulled up around 8:30 p.m. excited to enjoy some good Japanese food with my husband, only to be met with disrespect and a careless tone over the intercom that completely killed our night. I should’ve snapped a photo of the two workers standing outside, since it looked like they were the only ones working and clearly not taking it seriously. If you can’t show basic courtesy to paying customers, maybe this isn’t the job for you. People spend their hard-earned money here, and they deserve better. I won’t be back and I hope no one I care about gets treated the way we were.

This place is an absolute joke. I paid around $13 for a KID sized bowl with 4 TINY pieces of chicken. 🤡
Overpriced AND stingey at the same time. Whos calculating these prices? 6-8 slivers of beef with 2 cups of rice? Why am i paying 15 dollars for a plate of rice? Dont go here: learn to make it at home. And if you want to charge people 15 dollars for that little portion good luck with your buisness in the future.

It’s Yoshinoya. I love eating at this place. Pity there isn’t a single Yoshinoya’s on the East coast. Had one in NYC that lasted a couple years. I love their gyudon and teriyaki chicken. Their steamed veges are the same old boring veges. But I eat them because…
The last time I was at a Yoshinoya was some 9 years ago.

Why do I give 2 stars to this location? Well, when I visited and dined in, it was super hot in their 88 temperature, which wasn't for me, and all their wall had spiders it was a creepy experience ? ?

Being the only one left in town, it's hard to compare but let's give it a shot. The location itself is very clean and well maintained but that's probably not hard to do with very little foot traffic. Oddly enough one entrance/exit on the side is always closed.Service is always very fast, polite and they have yet to make any mistakes on my orders. Online ordering is handled very well and in-store ordering is good. Can't complain about this at all.Food pricing and portions is where it definitely loses out. It's closest competition would me teriyaki madness and for the money yoshinoya's most premium XL BOWL+BOBA+Side combo at 19.50 is much less food than Teriyaki madness best offering at about $17. Portion sizes plus cook quality has been very inconsistent on every order. My last order had burnt teriyaki chicken.Definitely hit or miss due to this but it's only one in town so if you must have yoshinoya's, be prepared to get either very good or burnt food but definitely not well portioned.

Brings back childhood memories. Although at my age now, I don’t do white rice. I now ask for brown rice instead. lol
