This review is solely based off of the tacos. I plan on returning for the BBQ. Recently, my wife who is from Arkansas made me some tacos that she grew up eating. It was ground beef, with lettuce, tomatoes,onion, olives, shredded cheese and ketchup. It wasn't bad, a bit weird (I am Mexican and when I think taco It makes me think of Mama hand making some tortillas with some delicious Asada) This is what Zaddy's tacos are to me as well. Not bad, but not what you would expect a traditional taco to taste like. They look like a Mexican taco for sure. Let's start off with the pros: The owner of Zaddy's is an awesome guy. Really polite, seemed really down to earth and sounded like he loved what he does. The service he provided was no doubt 5 stars! Now the tacos. The meat in all 3 tacos that I had was cooked perfectly. Small juicy little cubes of steak, chicken and pork. The green and red salsa were killer, and the red had a nice little kick to it. The tortillas are also heaped generously with the meat! Out of the 3, I think the chicken was the best. Neither I or my wife were a huge fan of the seasonings used on the pork or steak though. Like I said, not bad but definitely not what we are used to but keep in mind the menu says Steak and Pork. Not Asada and pastor. The tacos 3.5 stars Service 5 stars Overall, not too bad. Cheap. Big portions. Will return to try other items and see if it was just an off day.

Stopped by the event today on 34th street and let me tell you....it was no regular hamburger. It had cheese melting down the sides and it was full of flavor. My mouth was watering just from smelling it from being parked at the gas station. If you pump some gas you need to try this place. Five stars all the way!!!!
Small counter inside the gas station. Very friendly staff and simple menu. The loaded potato was really good and very generous. I tried the al pastor with the red sauce. Looking forward to trying the rest of their meat choices. All of the food is to go so don't expect a sit down establishment. I will be back.

Where do I begin..We had Zaddy's Tacos cater our daughters 18th birthday/graduation party and they are amazing. Everyone loved the tacos and so did I..They are such awesome people and Im so glad we booked them for our event. We will definitely be using them from now on for any events we have. Thank you guys so much for making my babys party a success. Definitely recommending u guys

If you can't find this place- it is inside the gas station mini mart across from Fastrip. Solid, quick, super affordable lunch option. Food is to-go only, there is no where to sit. Staff is great, very friendly and clearly believe in and are proud of the food they make. Portions are large and the "Zaddy's Baked Potato" is a total steal at under $6. I haven't tried their tacos, but the burritos are pretty bomb.

So lucky to have tried this place. Google recommended it so I went by. It's inside the gas station, so walk on in to the left past the counter and get some tacos. Linda, the owner, is really nice and helpful walking through menu choices.
