Pho 626 in Baldwin Park is hands down one of the best spots for pho! The quality of the beef is top-notch — super tender and flavorful. The noodles are cooked perfectly with just the right texture. And don’t even get me started on the avocado smoothie… it’s the best I’ve ever had! Creamy, fresh, and not too sweet — just perfect. Highly recommend this place if you're craving quality pho and refreshing drinks!

Arrived at this Vietnamese restaurant at noon on Sunday, surprisingly found that there were not too many customers, the decoration inside the store was simple but clean. Tasted their Vietnamese beef noodles, I felt that the soup was very rich and sweet, and the bowl was very large, which was probably worthy of the price. Although the serving process was a bit problematic, for example, I ordered two bowls of the same beef noodles, but they were served separately after a period of time, which was not ideal, but the waiter's attitude was quite thoughtful, which can add some points.

Average looking vietnamese restaurant, but we were really pleasantly surprised that the food was quite good and pretty generous portions, very large bowls of pho and ample meat and the special noodles were really good noodles were really different so good.

Very solid bowl of pho, although not the most complex of flavors. It's simple, comforting, and it works. The egg rolls aren't bad either. The bun bo hue smelled and looked very good, but the broth was very underwhelming. It lacked the depth and flavor that I'm normally used to, and I probably wouldn't get this again. Despite that, both noodle soups had excellent cuts of meat. The sliced meats were very soft and tender, which surprised us. The star of the show, however, is their fresh pineapple juice. We didn't expect it to taste so delicious, but it was so fresh and so refreshing. They actually use real pineapples! Although we didn't get a picture of it, trust me when I say it was phenomenal!

Another thing to note is that they offer a variety of fixings at your table to add more dimension to your meal. This includes sriracha, hoisin, chili oil, pepper, hot sauce, fish sauce, etc. I loved that they had Chin-su, which I hear is very popular in Vietnam since they don't use sriracha type of hot sauce. Chin-su is much better anyway.

This is a hidden gem tucked away in this busy strip mall. The interior is a juxtaposition of renovation with dilapidation. I don't really care how the inside looks, though. As long as the food is good and clean, I'll be there.
They have quite a selection on their menu, so we'll definitely come back to try the other dishes!
