Staff are nice but the $6 scoops are kid sized. Not worth your money, go to another location with proportionate servings and know how to make a drink. Milk shakes should be thicker...not watery.

Walked into this business two individuals working, no customers on site. I say Hello! Neither one of the people responded or acknowledged me. They both saw me one put his/her head down and the other turn to look at the other employee. So sad how they represent Baskin Robbins. I come here all the time, but on Sundays with my granddaughter never encountered this behavior.

Small portions!!! I just got a banana royal and the scoop portions are the smallest I’ve ever received. I was very disappointed. Great customer service but I think the owner makes the employees serve small populations

Went for a some sundaes to walk out with the smallest scoops ever, the girl was scrapping, like it had to be an exact small ball as the scooper. For the price they should be embarrassed what they serve.

Upon my visit to the store store I noticed the workers weren't wearing any gloves and particularly the worker that helped me out I asked if she Had to wear gloves her reply was no then she Proceeds to handle money and not even wash your hands before going into the ice cream to serve and help another customer I asked for a refund. I don't see how the health department hasn't shut this place down
