Went for a some sundaes to walk out with the smallest scoops ever, the girl was scrapping, like it had to be an exact small ball as the scooper. For the price they should be embarrassed what they serve.

The men who work there are literally carrying the entire store. I just went in to grab my nieces birthday cake for her first birthday. It was completely packed when I arrived. I stood there with an ice cream in my cake for 10 minutes while everybody else was checked out and serviced. Not because the workers were overwhelmed, but because the owner decided to act on nepotism and service, a couple behind me, rather than help the person that had been standing in line. She came out as soon as they walked in and even wrote on their cakes before she realized I hadn't even be charged charged all the while holding an ice cream cake in my hands. She walked past me multiple times ignoring me not even looking at me but somehow maneuvering her way around me I'm this tiny store. I am not sure if she's racist or just ignorant when it comes to business but I will not be back to this location.

If you sign up for their rewards program on their app, they give you a free scoop. I got the strawberry cheesecake. It comes with cheesecake chunks in the ice cream and was delicious.

I got a scoop of triple mango and a scoop of pineapple coconut ice cream. Both of them were really good. There were three tables and several chairs to sit at inside, but they were not all clean. Interestingly no one else ate their ice cream at the store and took it to go.

Order thru Grubhub delivery was good.....but 2scoop sundae was sad, one scoop was barely visible husband got 2scoops no sundae and his looked fine. Spent $2 more for less ice cream and a splash of syrup

Let me express the Professionalism and Efficiency first with Ms. Karen. I've been working with her the last 2-years with custom Ice Cream Cakes for my Customers in the Southern California area. She is timely, creative, punctual and thorough when it comes to her craft. Her standard is far above other stores I've dealt with and that's why I always come back to her location. Her Team is cordial, and they always make me feel like my Business is appreciated!Great work Karen and Team!

Owner (female Asian lady) needs to learn how to make guests feel welcome. She is rude. We visited to redeem a birthday coupon for a free scoop. 2 employees helped us out, and rang us up. The owner came to the register, and looked at the cone we were holding, and yelled at her coworkers "who scooped this ice cream for them?!" Apparently, the employees scooped too much, and the owner got mad. She looked at us as if she was pissed off at us too. Didn't even thank us for coming, or say happy birthday.

Been here a handful of times, fast friendly service the times I been here is busy but like I said before they are pretty fast so you’re not in there for a long time. Quality is ok.
