Drinks are very tasty, but this has been my third time ordering their blended drinks and the ice is not fully blended. If I wanted a drink with chunks of ice at the bottom that isn’t drinkable I would say so. Very disappointing because this has not always been the case most of the time drinks are on point but the whole not being able to drink it because there are chunks of ice still ruins the drink. Please take that extra second or two to fully blend the drinks thank you.

Self service ordering, staff was not acknowledging customers until they called name out to give drink(s). I got a Thai tea, 25% sweet and it doesn't taste like Thai tea, I try calling to let them know and no one answers. I will try to order or relay or 75% in hopes that it taste better.
