This Carl's hands down is the worst place I've dined in.. The service was horrible and took for ever to get my food. Also they don't honor any free coupons unless you purchase something from them.. I will not be coming back to this place.

I was trying to get my free burger the hangover burger (02/10/2025). However, I was told that they had ran out of buns. I asked if I could have it with the “regular buns” I was told “no, because they still needed to sell regular burgers”. I was annoyed because they could have tried to accommodate, I bet they didn’t even cancel the order, and it looks like I got my order (that was ordered online)…

I drove by the restaurant and noticed that they are now selling the Breakfast Burger all day! It's incredibly delicious and surprisingly filling. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I'm suprised Carl's JR is still in business. They are way to pricey for fast food. Your better of going to In n Out or Chris's down the street. Their Famous star combo is $14.99 plus tax for that I can hit up a Chilli's,Dennys or I hop for better quality at the same price.

Paid for 6 sandwiches got only 4 had to remind them to make well done wish they would pay attention I don't even live in that city and forget calling either the store or Danilo Espinoza to try and get the problem fix but both phone numbers don't even work.

I went to drive through and I ordered my food I also used the coupon from the online app just to come to find out that when she scanned it it didn't go through and I was charged full price for my burger and when I told her she said oh sorry there's nothing I could do pull up the SKU again and I told her I can't because you already scanned it and it prompt saying that I had to wait 15 minutes to be able to use the code again so from paying 5.00 for my burger I ended up paying 1056
