Fair experience coming to this place for the first time. Costumer service definitely needs some improvement. In search of a replacement since the New Wok in El Monte no longer is open. Definitely going to take a while to find anything close to New Wok.

The food is incredible and authentic. I try something new every time and they never disappoint. I used to manage Chinese restaurant so I definitely know my cuisine and this place I have to say, is great. I will be coming back for many years to come!

Not sure why the negative reviews. Food is always good and as ordered. Staff is always nice and caring,The food was top notch,their shop is always kept clean which is why I go there often
