Chipotle Mexican Grill

Bowl was delicious as always. I got the carnitas. Good seasoning. Good portion.

I also got the chips and queso. Queso delicious. Chips were fried badly. Undersalted and all folded up on each other. Couldn't scoop anything.

If I had eaten at the restaurant I'd have asked for a replacement. But I ordered to go. All things considered it's a small error but chipotle is elite and higher standards are in play.

I still ate everything.

Greedy on the food portion.they give customers little portions and when asked from customers to add more to the portion they charge for extra which us ridiculous.

The toilets do flush. The bathrooms are clean. The tacos are a thing of beauty. The stools are fixed in places to eat. You can inhale fully, and take a seat. The tables are clean the working people are neat. When you want a burrito, and a break from the heat. You can go to the spot and plug in your auto. You can eat in your car and hear Mr. Robototo.

2 Mexican cokes were missing when I picked up via Uber
To anyone placing an online order make sure all items are included
3rd party delivery couriers be aware of missing items when picking up since bags are sealed. I had to go back in my own dime to pick up the bottles and Ben the MOD didn’t really seem to care and was just making excuses that sometimes they forget. He just gave me the bottles

The atmosphere immediately turns into a stand off due to the lack of meat portions. They gave me less then a scope and I stopped and paused for a min. She knew I was having a hard time with it. Then you ask for more meat and charge you double portion for what is essentially a full scoop.

Where do I begin, to start the person helping us had a a bit of an attitude issue. If I didn’t respond with the next thing I wanted on my bowl she would give me attitude. The portions? I understand that the portions have declined but half a scoop of meat and one small spoon full of rice? My bowl has more veggies than protein and rice all together, oh and did I mention ruin the rice was almost soupy. Once we arrived home my girlfriend was about to take a bite when she noticed a small short hair. Both me and my girlfriend have really long hair. Overall do not recommend with the current staff.
