Chipotle Mexican Grill

Their serving portions are so small now especially on the meat. Went in today and ordered a bowl. They put less meat than a tacos worth. Just a bit of meat in the middle didn't even cover anything. Will never come to this location again very disappointed. Comparing the pictures of 4 oz online from I was served it looks like I was served 1.5-2 oz of meat. Took my business to waba grill next door instead

came in for lunch during lunch hr and there was only one server and one prep staff. it took longer than usual to get attended

Food preparation is inconsistent, white rice is sometimes super salty. Chicken is sometimes undercooked. Portion size is also inconsistent it depends on who's preparing your order.

The workers were really nice. They were extremely fast. I eat there all the time. I like the drive thru option.

I frequent this location and never have an issue w their portion size even after they cut back, I’m not a big eater. Today my husband picked me up some food on the way home and I’m pissed! I don’t know if the preparer is new or what but this is beyond embarrassing. I tried to call this location and you have no option to speak w a live person. Call corporate. I attached a picture here so you’ll see what I’m talking about.

I was made two bowls with raw chicken on 5/18. I kindly returned both after noticing. Unfortunately, the manager on shift couldn't refund my full amount bc it was an online order.

The burrito bowl with the honey chicken and green salsa is so salty, the saltiest, I couldn’t even finish it. I’d skip this place.

I take the kids here regularly. The staff are professional and friendly. They keep the place clean and the food fresh.

Wanted to mention. When time came to serve my food. The chef LITERALLY asked me if I want “half or a full scoop of rice” I didn’t understand what he said at first so I asked him to repeat it and he literally says that same thing twice. Are you guys seriously that GREEDY? Never been asked such a dumb question when ordering at Chipotle. The employee acts as if the food he serves is coming off of his paycheck. Left feeling ANGRY. Chipotle, is it procedure to ask if a customer wants HALF a scoop of rice when being served? Or was this guy just giving the worse customer service he possibly could?

I ordered a chicken and steak burrito. I asked for extra meat which I would pay for and she put in four little cubes of steak. When I said I’m paying for double meat she said I have to charge you more if I put any more in this is why I don’t go to Chipotle anymore. $17 for a burrito? The guy before me his burrito was so big she had to use an extra piece of foil to wrap it closed and he didn’t even pay for extra meat. Also nothing but attitude from the girls behind the counter clearly they’re tired of people complaining about not getting enough meat. Save your money go somewhere else.

Bowl was delicious as always. I got the carnitas. Good seasoning. Good portion.

I also got the chips and queso. Queso delicious. Chips were fried badly. Undersalted and all folded up on each other. Couldn't scoop anything.

If I had eaten at the restaurant I'd have asked for a replacement. But I ordered to go. All things considered it's a small error but chipotle is elite and higher standards are in play.

I still ate everything.

Greedy on the food portion.they give customers little portions and when asked from customers to add more to the portion they charge for extra which us ridiculous.
