Had a mobile order for pick up: i arrived 5 min after scheduled and they told me it wasn't ready then proceeded to attend other people that were in line before starting my order. Someone came in after me, ordered, and still got their food first.

At this point the staff should know me. We go almost everyday and it's our favorite location of all other chipotles. You can tell it's clean, somewhat friendly staff, and hot food even in their busiest. Lately, there's been a lot of new hires and food quality has gone down. First, the portions are getting smaller. Barely any scoop on beans and rice. One time half our bowls didn't even have rice, I had to ask for a second scoop. The workers act like it's coming out their paycheck. One thing and reason for this review is, their medium sauce. It doesn't have a little kick to it anymore. It's made bland, it's clumpy, looks old, and is cold. My bowl gets watery. I think it's a day old since it's colder than usual, and makes my bowl COLD. We are going to start considering the West Covina location unfortunately, but we'll give it another chance. I hope they see this review and make the medium kick again. (I have to get double scoop and nothing!!!!) hope they acknowledge my review since I'm a frequent guest..

I am an UberEATS driver and had two orders to pick up. They were not ready when I walked in. The person serving the food called for backup, and a tall, thin, curly haired male came up to save the day. He worked the register and also managed to complete my order while maintaining calm. There was a long line, and they pulled it off. I was training to work for Chipotle, and let's just say it wasn't for me. So, props to this gentleman. I forgot his name, but I did tell him he did a great job!

Slow crew!!! Placed an order to go. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told it would take a few minutes more. I ended up waiting more than 25 minutes!!!! Very unprofessional and they would ignore other customers who would come to pick up their order too. Crew doesn’t care about mobile orders, they don’t respect the customers time
I'm just a sucker for Chipotle. But while the quality may be inconsistent from my past Chipotle experiences, the food this time was great. Pick up is very convenient as well! Just wish prices would stop rising so much.

I do not like the service in this Chipotle. I always have an issue. This last visit they seem to give less and less protein with their original scoop and then mention needing to upcharge if you want more. I understand that double protein, but if your 1st scoop is less then it should be, then it is not a double.
