The employee Johnathan S did not provide the correct items with my order. I purchased 8 pieces of chicken, which should come with 4 biscuits, but I did not receive any biscuits.
Additionally, I requested BBQ sauce and signature hot sauce, but I only received two BBQ sauces, no signature hot sauce, and was instead given regular hot sauce by mistake.
I placed a online order today 10pc family meal today and had my husband pick it up and when I opened up the chicken it looked burnt and my sister in law said tasted like old oil. Everything was cold and nasty never again will I eat at churches chicken

We have been a loyal customer since 2009 when I arrived here in the US. My family like their fried chicken. But lately when we ordered take out when we opened the box they gave us burned fried chicken pieces. This happened twice already. It would be the last. 09-16-2025

I heard Church fried chicken was pretty good, but I am very disappointed of my order, for some reason they came out not good at all (over fried & chicken feathers are still attached) and not worth the price I am paying.

I just left from here. The worker was nice, but they close at 10. I arrived at 8:41, and he told me they weren't serving spicy chicken at the moment. I don't usually leave reviews, but coming an hour before closing, right after work, and then having to go to another location (KFC) was a bit inconvenient and pretty disappointing.

Milton saves the day but the other people working were not good or friendly , I don’t speak Spanish and they were only talking Spanish which isn’t cool . It was almost impossible to order .
