I tried to order a pizza. The workers hate life

Craving some pizza so I tried their two-item deal for $7.99 each. From the app I ordered for carry-out a medium Pepperoni and pineapple New York style with extra sauce and a medium ham and bacon with extra barbecue sauce pizzas. They were ready at the time I was quoted. Pizzas were hot and fresh off the oven were surprisingly so good. Employees were nice and friendly. There were no tables for dine in, there’s a bench to sit while waiting for your order. The store was clean, with bright lights and, moderate strains of pop music was playing in the background. I have had their chicken wings, tater tots, pretzel, and lava cake before- all were good. Parking was free and readily available.

Terrible customer service, very cold and distant. I get it, working at dominoes isnt the best job, but its still a job. Maybe you should have tried harder at life. Pizza was cold and very bland.

It's not a dine-in place, but they're quick, friendly, and convenient. I've never felt pressure to tip for carry-out. I object to tipping if I'm not provided with a "service." They simply do their job and give me my pizza ? with a smile. I'm pretty sure they know me by now ?

Had to wait over an hour for my order. Ok so I go to pick up at the specified time and it wasn't even startedHad to wait another 20 minutes. I get my order home and my Philly steak sandwich had one little piece of meat. I kid you not, all bread and cheese? But they did make me a new one but still I had to stop our dinner and go back to the place. I got home and ate alone bc everyone had finished by that time.

Thank you for the deal today. The pizza was wonderful and my family appreciates it. Thank you all for your hard work, especially with the deal you had going on all week!

This dominos is not doing good anymore it used to be the place to I went too but now there pizza different taste then other dominos pizza and plus I recently gotten my orders wrong my pizza and Delivery takes more then 1hr and there service is is terrible

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in my pizza history and I like Italian the manager of this establishment should be firedOrdered delivery app shows 40 mins pizza takes 3 hrs I literally drove down their to get my own order when I got theor they didn't even start making it had to wait another half hr cuse it was just thrown in the oven....finally is finishes pizza is burned and we're not happy my whole family was upset and I think I should get a refund or somethingAnd I wasn't the only one their totally crowded employees very unorganizedShame on each and everyone of u fire all of ur employees at this establishment rethink ur organization and maybe people would be happyEmployees did not apologize or offer any sort of discount or refund shame on this restaurantOohhhh and that's right basically stole from us I did my own delivery I want my delivery fee back ur company basically robbed us

I have lived here for more than 20 years, and it was one of the first pizzas I have ever eaten and the truth is that since then I always order from here, sometimes it takes a while but you have to understand that they have very busy days which is normal, in all places It happens, at home sometimes they buy Hut pizza which is also delicious but we even make jokes when it's time to order Hut or they joke with me when I buy dominoes ??, if you use the app you will have discounts, I love it and I really recommend it 100%

Kid-friendliness: My favorites are the buffalo wings, although they are a little spicy for some children.
