This dominos is not doing good anymore it used to be the place to I went too but now there pizza different taste then other dominos pizza and plus I recently gotten my orders wrong my pizza and Delivery takes more then 1hr and there service is is terrible

Absolutely the worst experience I've had in my pizza history and I like Italian the manager of this establishment should be firedOrdered delivery app shows 40 mins pizza takes 3 hrs I literally drove down their to get my own order when I got theor they didn't even start making it had to wait another half hr cuse it was just thrown in the oven....finally is finishes pizza is burned and we're not happy my whole family was upset and I think I should get a refund or somethingAnd I wasn't the only one their totally crowded employees very unorganizedShame on each and everyone of u fire all of ur employees at this establishment rethink ur organization and maybe people would be happyEmployees did not apologize or offer any sort of discount or refund shame on this restaurantOohhhh and that's right basically stole from us I did my own delivery I want my delivery fee back ur company basically robbed us

I have lived here for more than 20 years, and it was one of the first pizzas I have ever eaten and the truth is that since then I always order from here, sometimes it takes a while but you have to understand that they have very busy days which is normal, in all places It happens, at home sometimes they buy Hut pizza which is also delicious but we even make jokes when it's time to order Hut or they joke with me when I buy dominoes ??, if you use the app you will have discounts, I love it and I really recommend it 100%Kid-friendliness: My favorites are the buffalo wings, although they are a little spicy for some children.

I have literally been on the phone waiting for someone to answer since 5 pm!!!! It's about to be 7 pm . I don't understand how they can't even pick up a phone. This is insane. I'll update and see how long until someone picks up the call. I seriously can't believe it.

Don't order from here you'll never get your pizza. Estimated time 90-100 minutes and they'll still take another 100 minutes on top of that. How is this place still open ?

I don't live in Baldwin Park but I visit my mother and sometimes order her a medium chicken,mushrooms, spinach pizza from this location. The employee that took my oder over the phone was polite and repeated my carry out order. The employee that gave me my order in 15 minutes was polite and stopped sweeping the lobby as soon as I walked in to pay. I have never had issues here. The pizza always tastey. Not sure what all these one star reviews are but I'm happy I have had only positive experiences here.

I was very disappointed today...I placed an order at 6:20pm and I called them at 7:10pm to check the status, as it was taking a long time. When I called the girl had told me my order had not even been put in the oven yet and I had to wait another 40 minutes. I had to cancel my order but I feel if they were having issues they could've called me that way I could've ordered somewhere else.

This is how the staffs at this location make their parmesan bread bite.. look like pan cake to me! The worse part was the break didnt even get fully cooked. I want my money back!
I chose Carside delivery, which claims to have a 2-minute rule. According to their policy, if it takes longer than 2 minutes to bring the pizza to your car, your next pizza is supposed to be free. However, despite tapping "I'm Here" and starting the 2-minute timer, my pizza did not arrive within the promised timeframe and the timer STOPPED at 1:43. It took them over 5 minutes to bring my pizza, and I did not receive the free pizza as guaranteed. This is total BS!

I'm split here, sometimes they have great food, sometimes they don't. I hate it when Richard is working there. My pizza gets all efd up. Only half of that pizza had sauce. Last time my pizza was folded in half. Whoever this Richard ain't doing a good job.
