I ordered a refresher and the drink was ok and the girl that serve was helpful. The one star review is strictly regarding the treatment I received from other Hispanic girl. I wanted to make the point that it is not the black girl. To be clear I was there on 8/9/25 at 7pm. This review is not to complain but I would recommend the owner to give the staff customer service training. I witnessed this staff disrespect a customer. I assumed it was a misunderstanding, then I saw her do the same to another customer while I was sitting there. Then she did it to me as well. Maybe she is having a tough day today but this review is for the owner to train her on being polite and respectful. I believe she does not know how she comes across. If you own this location, you can do what you wish with this review but I would recommended getting in front of this before you continue to give inadequate customer service which will impact negatively to you business. I don’t like review that are not positive but if I do not then I am hurting the business owner.

Came here 7.9.2025 @0820. I just wanted some donut holes for my son. The kiosk was not very useful/helpful. There was 3 employees working that day, it was empty inside, not one acknowledged us. Terrible experience.

I wish I could give you a zero star with a bad experience I had I'm writing to share a concerning experience I had at your dunkin' donuts store yesterday around 5pm I enter the shop with my 9-year-old son, he needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the staff member we approached refused our request and raised his voice at us, despite my calm demeanor.
This situation was embarrassing and unnecessary, especially given that my son is a child. I hope this doesn't reflect your store's values. I'd appreciate a conversation about how such situations can be prevented in the future.

Stopped by at 530 am for food when i tried going in the doors were still locked and someone had to go open them to let me in , inwas told that they werent msking breakfast at that time and that they don't make the food because they hadnt cooked the bread although other dunkins say theyll do it anytime

The last time I was there, my snackin' bacon was bunt, but the coffee was good. This morning, however, the coffee didn't look appetizing so I asked for some creamer. The guy at the drive thru was quite unfriendly and seemed to get upset when I requested the creamer. I felt like I inconvenienced him. When I took a sip, I had to spit it out. He put so much sweetener in it, I was unable to consume it. I guess he taught me for asking he correct the order I paid for. Definitely the last time I will be visiting this location! Please train your staff. This isn't the first such encounter at this store.

Went to have breakfast with my kids walked in stood there for a few min workers didn't mention that need to order from kiosk ordered 5 sandwiches only received 4 went back to get get sandwich noticed 2 sandwiches didn't have cheese works seem bothered probably won't come back
