I came here from Pico Rivera. I ordered ahead. And it’s been 15 mins since I arrived and my order still not ready. Unbelievable. What was the point of ordering ahead and putting I’ll be there at 10:15 to pick it up? It was a 17 mins drive. I left my house at 9:55! Horrible. I saw cars that got went in and out before I got my drinks. For a Sunday morning this was a very terrible crew. I don’t mind paying a lot for this drinks compared to Starbucks, but dude.

I live in Carson. But was in the area. I like their H2O flavored water. It's reasonable. But nothing I would drive far out for again.
I haven't had the food or went through the convenient drive through, the customer service woman who answered the phone was extremely good! Is what came to mind first. I wasn't planning on making a phone call, despite not getting the outcome I desired, her character changed my mood for the better in the short phone call I had which is always a good thing. I can't remember her name. So thanks for reading because she deserves it! The food and drinks are probably good too I'll amend this after I try some of their frozen drinks.

We ordered two iced hazelnut truffle mochas and a peach Rebel. When we received our drinks, they tasted watered down with barely any coffee flavor, which was disappointing—especially since this isn’t our first time ordering these drinks.
When placing our order, the employee seemed uninterested and had an unwelcoming attitude. After ordering, we waited about 20–30 minutes while two employees were taking orders but mostly talking and standing around at someone’s car window.
When we finally received our drinks, they were handed to us with no greeting or explanation, which left us confused and frustrated. This is our third time giving this location a chance, but the service and drink quality continue to disappoint.
We usually go to the Palmdale location, where the service is quick and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that experience does not compare to this location.
