I don't get the 1 star rates. Most of them are just because they were not open at the time. The guys working there are amazing. Most of them are pretty kind and attentive, unlike other coffee stores nearby.
The wait time is beyond insane, someone needs to be in charge and move things along, I’ve worked insane busy days, there is no reason for the line to stop fully for ten plus minutes. Work harder or why even open? In the time this took I could’ve gone to Malibu and back, its absolutely ridiculous
On a roadtrip and stopped to get our coffee. Always, the baristas are very friendly and this one was very talkative. By the time we left, my ear was hanging on by a tendon?. Anyway, keep it up! Love the holiday cups.
