Usually like this place but today was the worst, not only did they not put avocado in my double chicken AVOCADO Salad I found not 1 but 2 hairs in my food. I excused the first one thinking it was mine but then found this second deep in the food, and definitely not mine. I didn’t even finish my food. Do better come on yall smh

Went in for a thigh and drumstick. Was charged $8.04. Both pieces were dry and overcooked. Took the thigh apart and got 1/4 cup of meat the rest was bones and skin. I cannot believe that the cook chopped these tiny pieces of meat. All I could see in the kitchen was 4 people chatting and not paying attention to what they were doing. One was preparing a burrito and there was so much liquid in the spoon it looked like she was serving bean soup. Not paying attention and talking the whole it I was there. Outrageous that I paid for microscope dried up chicken. Don't know how this location stays in business. Also when going through the drive thru there is always something missing from the order or something was prepared wrong. Not sure if I will return because I cannot recommend this type of service.

Why punish folks who already keep the restaurant running? These hardworking, family-minded Americans are the backbone—yet their loyalty funds the inflated prices.

If it’s an option, avoid greedy business owners. The little thousands they skim from menu markups? That money would be better off back in the pockets of the frontline workers risking it all to make the place run.

I went to drive through 16-piece family meal mix I subbed wings for legs and that was supposed to get four chicken breasts to my surprise when I got home all I had was dark meat I paid extra for mix how to drive all the way back and when I got there to complain I spoke to the manager and she knew what I was going to complain about and the cook also telling me you were missing for breaths we tried to catch you but you were gone knowing well that that wasn't true since they had given me the 16 piece of chicken they were trying to cheat me out of my four chicken breasts then drove all the way back home and started to serve the chicken was horrible it was dry add burnt by the time everything was said and done the food was cold had to put it in the microwave it was just not a good experience
