My previous experience was poor to say the least. Second time I have a bad experience at this location. Upon receiving my food, the temperature of the food was bad, food was cold. Fries were cold. I will never come back to this location again.

Since these stores are franchises or most of them are This is about the store in Baldwin Park that quit having Carrie's no sugar added syrup for us diabetics no reason given when I asked in the manager was out other farmer boys have Carrie's no sugar added syrup either in a bottle or an individual packets in this day and age of ADA requirements you think the store could purchase a bottle of no sugar added syrup for around 3 to $4 for us diabetic customers I will not return to the Baldwin Park store for breakfast again! Sugar free syrup at both Irwindale stores & north Pomona store. Had a Great salad today May 11th 2023. Tried the pastrami today July 20th at the Baldwin Park store It was okay a bit pricey but I prefer the Hat for my pastrami! Today 02/11/2026 I had a Denver omelette.. delicious!

Worst fish sandwich i've ever had. Two tiny super thin over fried pieces of ? Fish. A couple of pieces of lettuce and some tomato slices. The fries were just mehh. Waste of $20+

Hello everyone so last month my wife ordered an combo that came out and has been looking forward to it. When she got home she realized it was the wrong one so I called and had the reciept and a photo showing proof and a guy answered saying it was okay and can come by for a new one when we had the chance. We went and told the lady with glasses what had happen and she said that they dont that kind of stuff, and that we left my name and number and she had an attitude and then she told the guy to make a new one. While my wife was waiting the cashier lady was talking bad things about my wife in spanish like if she cant understand but my wife does know she just didnt say anything so we can report it and it was an overall horrible experience. We tried talking to a manager in call she said they couldnt do much about it, and if I got my food thats all there is to it.

Avoid this location, and buy at a restaurant that believes in keeping long time customers instead of focusing on spreadsheets.
