On Friday March 22, I ordered four orders of Fish & Chips, and 2 orders of zucchini , I drove from El Monte to Baldwin Park to pick yp mu order. I trusted the staff to provide my order accurately , and didn’t check. When I got home I found only three orders of Fish & Chips, instead of the four I had paid for. I called the restaurant right away to let them know my order was short. I was offered to go back and pick the missing order. I told them that It would take me an hour to get back. Then I was told to provide my name and phone number and I could pick up my order within 48 hours. Today Sunday I went to pick up my order, and I was denied it because I did not have the receipt with me. When I called on Friday I was never told I needed the receipt in order to pick upmy missing order.

I had a coupon but it seemed the price was still high with 2 dollars off. The employee gave me an additional coupon and saved me 3 more bucks. Very friendly, helpful and food was great.

Stayed in the area with a friend for a few days, got food here 3 times. Food was good, worth the price, and the staff was efficient and professional. Luis (or Louise?) was kind enough to offer us coupons for our next visit, unfortunately we had to leave the area that dayGreat experience overall!

I love that place, everything is very good, food, service and place!!
I went to the counter and the cashier was busy with a customer. There was another team member that was doing something else but she came over and took my order in a friendly and welcoming manner. I thought " hey, what great service!" This made me feel like FB values their customers. The same team member brought out my food to the table with a smile. I just wish I had gotten her name so that I could publicly mention her great service.

Double cheese burger was dry, double meat what a laugh. It was 1 patty sliced in half, very dry. $17 for burger combo way over priced.Definitely not as advertised. Should have known, strawmen have no taste buds.The cashier was nice.

Apart from the loooong wait for basic food, I cant stand when you're in the drive through and they send you to go park in the front to wait for your food. There was ONE car behind me and ZERO people inside. I can't comprehend the logic behind this. Oh, and to top it all off, the intercom is barely audible. Our order did not come out correct. Probably the last time I visit this franchise.

Hours say open at 6. Got there at 6:05 at the drive thru. Waited a couple of minutes and no one answers. Drove thru to the window and one person inside ask me to wait 10 more minutes. Hours say open at 6, not 6:15. All these restaurants increasing the prices on there menus, yet they still have shitty ass service. I rarely go there due to their prices, but now for sure won't go their again due to shitty service.

I have eaten at a few different locations...this one is terrible. After they repeated order 3 times I thought "okay it will correct" Wrong! Burger was simple only ketchup, mustard, cheese and lettuce. What I received was just ketchup on a BURNT hamburger patty like it was previously cooked then RECOOKED with BURNT hamburger BUN. COLD fries. I work close so I have given this location few trys. Not going to waste my time or money at this location again.
