If you've ever had any amount of dental work done don't come here!!! I understand a hard shell taco is hard but but when your tortilla is about a half inch thick and fried it becomes impossible to eat. I asked if they could make them maybe a little softer and they came out just the same so I asked if I could just get a bean and cheese burrito instead and I was told I would have to pay for the burrito because they had to throw away my tacos that I didn't even eat!!! Terrible customer service never going to come here again. You can't see the cooks cooking your food either which is another thing I don't like or how they wash the dishes.

Staff was very friendly had an order for 4 people took about 10-15 minutes to be finished up, very reasonable. Food was hot and delicious breakfast burrito and machaca burritos were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Cozy little corner restaurant with indoor or outdoor dining areas. I discovered this place in Instagram, and I’m so glad I did. Vegan menu has many different options and they’re all delicious!! Jackfruit tacos and jackfruit tamales red or green are my favorite. They also have vegan chili cheese fries, vegan burritos and impossible burger. This place never disappoints. The entire family can find a savory meal, they also have traditional Mexican food with meat and non-vegan options. They also serve breakfast burritos and chilequiles with a vegan option for both. Next time you’re in Baldwin Park don’t miss out on GARDUNO’S!!!
$50+ for three items and it was cheap food. Menudo flavor is not good. The breakfast burrito had minimal amount of egg, it was mostly beans!! Chilaquiles with $8 charge for beef was disappointing. Their beef has a lot of grizzle and pieces that are hard to chew. Quality is bad and would love to have a refund and not return. You might need a new cook.

How do you recommend this place. If you have dietary restrictions or vegan, this is the best Mexican food you can get they have a full menu just on vegan items and the taste great. My wife is Mexican and she’s great critical of the Mexican restaurants in our area plus she has a dietary restriction, but this is her favorite Mexican spot and I love it. Pros: the food and the vegan options. The price is reasonable compared to other places. Cons: the area isn’t the best but something’s these are the best tasting food spots.
Vegetarian options: Everything on the vegan menu is amazing and taste like the non vegan stuff. They have things that you cannot get at other places.
Service was good overall and food is very good. Definitely will try again. They're fries are so fresh and their burgers are amazing.

I had bad experience here but I think it was probably just bad luck on my side for arriving too early in the morning. I ordered 5 adobada tacos this morning. They served my food “to-go” but I wanted it to eat-in…They gave me tomato sauce and not hot sauce, so I didn’t like that. I forced the tacos into my stomach but they weren’t delicious.
