Website says it opens at 9am . My mom and I went for breakfast at 9am . They wouldn't make exception and let my 87yr old mom in. I called and spoke to Mgr he said no buffet wasn't open. I said we'll order off menu, still said no. I called back their recording says mon-thurs it opens at 10. VERY confusing information on when its supposed to be OPEN. Never going there again for Breakfast, lunch or dinner if they don't want my business. I'd figured they make exception for a Sr. With a walker but NO. My mom said if they dont our business let's go somewhere else mija so I left.

So loud, not a place to have a conversation.

Our waitress was very friendly and attentive but the food was mediocre at best , the Chilaquiles was the best thing in my opinion. The tacos were unfortunately dry and tasteless

Very good buffet I wish there were more options and the food was a slight bit better, for example the soles weren't really that great. What was great was the kitchen area where you can ask for tacos.

Guadalajara Grill impressed me with everything I was able to taste. I need to come back and try the buffet and make sure I fast for at least 48 hours. The tacos de cabeza was such a flavor explosion. If you know about cabeza then you will be a fan of theirs. I also got a omelette with nopales, pico de gallo, jamon and chorizo. And I washed it all down at their bar with a fresh Paloma. This is a true staple in Baldwin

Food is great. Staff is extremely friendly. I love the way it looks inside and they always have a live band playing which makes experience extremely great. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who's looking for great food at a great price

Do not waste your money !! The food is not worth it ! They charged extra for a refills and don’t warn you ! You’re better off going to Taco Bell!

Lunch buffet price as of 7/11/25. Much smaller buffet selection than what is shown in reviews, no tamales and no chilaquiles when I went at 10:30am. I’d go back to try the dinner buffet

This place is special. It is Mexican food but from Guadalajara, so they have a few great things on the menu that you will no get elsewhere. The place is very cute and they keep it clean. The service is so nice and they all just want you to be happy. Anything you order here will be great. They even have great beans. They have a full bar and they have specials. The Monterrey Chicken is one of my favorites and their flan is really good. I think they make it there. You will leave full and happy.
