Wanted curly fries so I thought of Jack. Ordered online for picked up. Saw they have boba milk tea and decided to give it a try. The food took a while but the fries were crispy and servers were attentive and nice. Boba milk tea was a fail.. I mean I can definitely taste the brown sugar, but the milk tea had no tea flavor.. it was more like a brown sugar milk water. The boba was chewy but they gave so little I can't even tell there was boba inside.They probably needed bigger boba straws.. the boba got stuck to the bottom of the straw every time... 3 stars for trying! Wouldn't order the boba milk tea again tho. Hehe

Very nice place and very friendly staffs and professional services but the food is getting smaller and they are looking like feeling children's and pictures of food looks big and reality is small but the price is bigger.

Missing food had to go back for my 5pc mini churros thats weren't in my bag when I got home my fries where thrown all over the bag and cold when I had to go back for my missing food I'm not going back I'm going to the Baldwin Park one for now

I just came here after work and ordered 2 monster tacos. When I got my tacos I realized that they were regular colored tacos so I was confused because I thought they were supposed to be red and spicy going based off the advertised picture. I wasn't mad or anything but I asked the cashier aren't they supposed to be spicy? She says you didn't ask for spicy. I said well I'm just going based off the picture I didn't know I had an option. The worker then says "I remember you. You did this last time. Except she was extremely rude about it which threw me off guard. I have not been here in months so I got really upset because she was rude and must've mistaken me for someone else. Either way it was not okay and it really upset me. I was nice about it just a little confused about the color of the tacos and I got hit with a very rude and unexpected response.

Came here over the weekend expecting great fast and easy service.Nothing wrong with that at all, As soon as I pull up to wait for my order, I'm waiting for a good 10 minutes until I pull up to the window I'm greeted etc.And yeah this is the part that gets me (fries were cold, charged the wrong size for my order) And yes you made your customer wait for 10 extra minutes to hand them low quality food for what I am paying for. Next time don't just hand me food that you know, and your bosses, busy on the cash register, know is so unpleasant and gross like your people.Still reading .... Read this (FIX YOUR FOOD QUALITY)

I love this location they basically have the best service ans the food is alway fresh too...All the manager and cashier staff is alway friendly with smile greetings...They alway have my order and know what my menu items will order too...The price combo is the best knock out deal for it 4 items choice order...The place is clean and fast service too...sometimes the order will be fast and sometimes is busy but I am good with it..I don't need to complain about it...But I know they will have my order fast too....I give this rating of *10* star plus if they allowing 1 to 10 ratings scale too...I highly recommend it for fast and good meal to go or dinning in to enjoy with your family and friends too....Keep up the good service and thanks for your fast order for me.......
