The people who work there during the breakfast/early lunch shift should probably take some classes on customer service. I asked for a different shake when I asked for a large chocolate shake, and it was given to me looking like a vanilla shake. Even the other customers in the line said the same thing, it looked like a vanilla shake. And since I had the audacity to ask for what I ordered, I got a bad attitude in return from the staff there. I was told repeatedly that even though it looked like a straight vanilla shake, it was indeed chocolate. Maybe because I paid using EBT, I wasn't entitled to getting what was paid for? Or because I used EBT, I should have just been happy with what was given to me? I'm not going to single out the 2 employees with the attitude, even though I should, because I don't want somebody losing their jobs over something like this. Maybe the 2 of them were just having a really bad day? Who knows. In any case, I felt so much resentment coming from these 2 employees, that I didn't even eat the food I had ordered, because I was worried those employees were mad enough to have added something to my burger or shake that shouldn't have been in them. So I gave it to somebody at the park who wanted it, after explaining the circumstances surrounding the meal.

First time going to this Jack in the box on Ramona Ave. Ordered two combos one was correct the other was not what I ordered but I noticed on my grill chicken sandwich very dry and small not sure if management is checking the quality of the product giving to customers. Maybe need better management to be on top of the quality of food given to customers. Food is not cheap this days to be paying and not getting satisfied. Plus it was not easy for me to go back because I live 15 min away from this location.

It’s a grat food place but not a lot of visits becuase of the McDonald’s next door but it’s a great place to eat at, definitely recommend this but what we’re they thinking with this placement I mean it’s not like the McDonald’s 0.01 miles away from this location was not build but the placement doesn’t matter all that matters is the food (unless your at Karen’s diner)

I ordered two grilled chicken salads, they gave me the salads without any chicken, but charged me full price and for 2 extra grilled chicken patties (four extra freakin dollars). I also ordered the Deadpool meal and wasnt given my antenna topper, had to go back and at least they fixed that issue. Ridiculous. Never had a good experience here.
Really rude manager or idk a little midget walking around just talking to the coworkers not caring there’s someone waiting in line for 10 minutes
