Yesterday, I bought a 12-ounce hamburger. About 20 minutes after eating it, I started to vomit and have diarrhea. In the evening, I developed a fever. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with enteritis caused by food bacteria. I won't go there again

Yesterday, my wife bought a chicken burger here. After eating it, she had a high fever, vomiting and diarrhea. The doctor diagnosed that it was enteritis caused by unclean food. We often eat this chicken burger, but not in this place. There was a thick sauce in yesterday's chicken burger. My wife thought it was a new style at first, but only now did she realize that the waiter also knew the meat was not fresh.

I came to the reviews and of course the first one I see is a complaint about the same worker Ximena she refused me service to add a shake to my order and told me to pull back around the line because she was “alone” I told her I couldn’t do that and she said she can’t give me a shake, if she knows anything about being in food service to paying customers that is not okay at all, if you can’t handle your job just say that.

We went thru the drive thru and the employee that took our order Ximena made a mistake on our order after verifying the order with her. We came back in and she had an attitude and was rude unprofessional. She made us wait longer because she was upset with our complaint. Please reprimand this employee. They are getting paid better so the service should be better. The other employee that bought our food to the car told us to go inside to complain about the order because she clocked out. Unbelievable. Every single time I go to this Jacks there is always an error in the order. Come on, very frustrating.

First time coming here and the customer service was horrible the cashier at the drive through had a really rude attitude. I asked a question about my order and she gave me an attitude off the bat instead of trying to figure what was wrong. I was about to pull out of the parking space and she went up to my window trying to I guess prove a point by handing me a copy of my receipt which I never asked for and when i proceeded to tell her it was fine she rolled her eyes and started talking smack on her headset to her coworker . I guess when it comes to questioning your order they get offended.

I ordered my my food with Uber eats and I told the driver if they could ask for ranches and they told him they can’t give him more than one and I spoke to them over the phone with the driver‘s phone saying how can I not have more than one ranch if the app coming from their store doesn’t let me request ranch if I were trying to get ranch, I would add that to my order and the lady I spoke to doesn’t comprehend that I can’t that’s why I’m asking for ranches and ketchup and they’re being rude over the phone and I’m trying to let them understand my situation for why I’m asking for ranches it shouldn’t be so difficult to understand what the customer is trying to tell them why they can’t get their condiments and they did eventually give me the ranches that I needed, but yet it’s hard for them to understand that a customer is just trying to get what they need

The people who work there during the breakfast/early lunch shift should probably take some classes on customer service. I asked for a different shake when I asked for a large chocolate shake, and it was given to me looking like a vanilla shake. Even the other customers in the line said the same thing, it looked like a vanilla shake. And since I had the audacity to ask for what I ordered, I got a bad attitude in return from the staff there. I was told repeatedly that even though it looked like a straight vanilla shake, it was indeed chocolate. Maybe because I paid using EBT, I wasn't entitled to getting what was paid for? Or because I used EBT, I should have just been happy with what was given to me? I'm not going to single out the 2 employees with the attitude, even though I should, because I don't want somebody losing their jobs over something like this. Maybe the 2 of them were just having a really bad day? Who knows. In any case, I felt so much resentment coming from these 2 employees, that I didn't even eat the food I had ordered, because I was worried those employees were mad enough to have added something to my burger or shake that shouldn't have been in them. So I gave it to somebody at the park who wanted it, after explaining the circumstances surrounding the meal.
