Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered on the app for pick-up and was informed that my sandwiches will be ready in 10 minutes. I got stuck and traffic and won’t arrive until 30 minutes later. I called the restaurant and someone answered right away. I informed her regarding my issue and she said they will make me fresh sandwiches when I arrive. That’s awesome service! The tuna sandwich was awesome, I shared half of my regular sandwich with my son so I can have the other half of his Reuben/pastrami. It was bright and clean inside the restaurants with some tables and chairs. There is outdoor seating available as well. They also offer curbside pick-up.

I order on the app for pickup. They almost always forget my side of pickles. Other than that everything is good.

It would be 5/5 but on app I ofter get a large and ask for it to be split into two separate halfs because I will eat second half next day or split with someone else but This concept seems sooooo difficult for them to grasp . I would call it 50/50 that they get it right. Otherwise no complaints, just can't grasp how this is such a difficult ask?

I'm not a sandwich it sub place fan at all but this place was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly while my family ate. Plus this place smells good where as Subway smells like feet upon entry. This place

Started coming back to this location because a new location not far away was very light on the meats and has forgot the extra cheese the last 2 times. The 5 stars are for Dominic. Je had two people behind him working hard on very little and the guy dressing the sandwiches and working the register. I walk I'm around 2:40 pm and theres a line of people just waiting for someone to dress the sandwiches bag them up and pay. This dude before me has his sandwich sitting there for what seemed to be 7 to 8 minutes while this guy tried to figure out a coupon. The other guy gets back to dressing that sandwich which took about 5 minutes then another 5 minutes rapping it. Dominic got our sandwiches cut and ready for the dressing and the other dude is still trying to bag this last sandwich. By this time I there 15 minutes, the 2 guys that were working the flat top are MIA and another guy is in line. Dominic cuts that dudes sandwich, dresses both mine, and raps them. The other guy is just watching and Dominic starts preparing to get the last sandwich he cut dressed and I asked his name. That dude Dominic took control and made sure I would be back. Give that kid a beer and and bj, he deserve it!

Came into jersey mikes as I witnessed a Jersey mike employee coming out of her car, smoke coming out and smelling like marijuana. Other then that awkward moment my experience when it came to ordering my sandwich was great customer service and friendliness.

This place is awesome!! You will be acknowledged as soon as you walk in. Great people working there. I love coming here. Give these guys a raise.

I want to thank jersey mikes employees for bringing sandwiches like the big kahuna into this world. It is, by no means an ordinary sandwich. This sub right here has mushrooms, cheese, jalapeños all the right food groups. The employees are attentive and i appreciate that they got my order correct and let me get the jalapeño on the side. Definitely recommend :)

Establishment was clean, staff are very friendly, and work well together to get orders out efficiently. Thank you.

Had a long day just finished a huge load of laundry and it was 7:50 pm Sunday night in Baldwin Park where everything closes early. Thought oh I know I'll pop into Jersey Mike's Subs get couple of subs and head on my way. Mind you this is where "Jersey Mike's has always been about people. From being greeted by our staff when you enter our locations, to giving back to the communities we serve. If you need to get in touch with us, choose an option below - we're happy to serve you!" When we got there, there was a customer completing his order. So we waited 5 mins, then he got his order and went on his way. We waited about another 5 mins no one in line just 2 female workers acting like they were busy really doing nothing. Then a 3rd worker comes out the back and tries really hard not to make eye contact. Walks over to the other 2 tells them to make 3 subs for I don't know who there is no one in line. Still no one has greeted us and now we have to wait and watch them make 3 more subs (im sure another 10 mins.). So I turned to my guest and said let's go I am not waiting another 10 mins. So we left after waiting 10-12 mins mostly alone being ignored by 3 staff members. I also reached out to corporate with en email also to be ignored. In conclusion if I were you friends I would just not go here.

Just ordered lunch at Jersey Mikes here in Baldwin Park and it is usually pretty good. Today they got all 3 sandwiches that we ordered online wrong. One was the wrong bread, the 2nd one was missing 2 items added to the sandwich & the Italian sandwich I ordered had ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato & vinegar. WTH.
