How do I get a sandwich where the bread sizes are not even close enough in size. Unacceptable

Walked in at 8:38pm to order a sandwich, since they close at 9:00pm. I tried to order a hot sandwich but was told they already cleaned the grill and they would not make it.

Today, I came in to order two sandwiches at Jersey Mike’s, and there were about five employees working. After me, two more people came in and they ordered more than I did for some reason they started making their order first, even though it wasn’t an online order. I had to wait about fifteen minutes. While I was waiting, I noticed that the girl and the guy first handled bacon and then started making my veggie sandwich without changing their gloves. I don’t eat meat, and this really upset me. I would like to ask the owner of this place to pay attention to hygiene, because there are people with allergies or those who don’t eat meat. Please make sure that your employees change their gloves

I ordered on the app for pick-up and was informed that my sandwiches will be ready in 10 minutes. I got stuck and traffic and won’t arrive until 30 minutes later. I called the restaurant and someone answered right away. I informed her regarding my issue and she said they will make me fresh sandwiches when I arrive. That’s awesome service! The tuna sandwich was awesome, I shared half of my regular sandwich with my son so I can have the other half of his Reuben/pastrami. It was bright and clean inside the restaurants with some tables and chairs. There is outdoor seating available as well. They also offer curbside pick-up.

I order on the app for pickup. They almost always forget my side of pickles. Other than that everything is good.

It would be 5/5 but on app I ofter get a large and ask for it to be split into two separate halfs because I will eat second half next day or split with someone else but This concept seems sooooo difficult for them to grasp . I would call it 50/50 that they get it right. Otherwise no complaints, just can't grasp how this is such a difficult ask?

I'm not a sandwich it sub place fan at all but this place was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly while my family ate. Plus this place smells good where as Subway smells like feet upon entry. This place
