Started coming back to this location because a new location not far away was very light on the meats and has forgot the extra cheese the last 2 times. The 5 stars are for Dominic. Je had two people behind him working hard on very little and the guy dressing the sandwiches and working the register. I walk I'm around 2:40 pm and theres a line of people just waiting for someone to dress the sandwiches bag them up and pay. This dude before me has his sandwich sitting there for what seemed to be 7 to 8 minutes while this guy tried to figure out a coupon. The other guy gets back to dressing that sandwich which took about 5 minutes then another 5 minutes rapping it. Dominic got our sandwiches cut and ready for the dressing and the other dude is still trying to bag this last sandwich. By this time I there 15 minutes, the 2 guys that were working the flat top are MIA and another guy is in line. Dominic cuts that dudes sandwich, dresses both mine, and raps them. The other guy is just watching and Dominic starts preparing to get the last sandwich he cut dressed and I asked his name. That dude Dominic took control and made sure I would be back. Give that kid a beer and and bj, he deserve it!

How's your Thursday! How's my Thursday??? What does that mean? It has been a week since i been there and i still can't figure out what that means...Every time I go to a Jersey Mikes they say something awkward and uncomfortable... It must be some New Jersey thing... But, It doesn't fly here on the west coast... Dont say anything wierd, strange or nerdy and awkward... One time the guy said" what's up Chief! I dont want to be called Chief...I don't want to feel awkward... i just came in for a sub sandwich.

I am beyond upset. Halfway through our sandwiches I realized the chicken was not cooked. Hoping my children don't get sick. When I asked for the District Manager's number I was told "we can't give it out but you can call CORPORATE which you can find on the website." Well the website has no number on their website to call. I asked when is the District Manager here. "I don't know, he shows up spontaneously." Never returning again.

Never ever place a catering order with them. I placed my order on-line for 11:34 pick up. It wasn't ready and was told to wait a minute. A minute turned into a hour. 15 min box lunches with cookies, chips and soda turned into 15 half ass sandwich's with only chips, no cookies and no drinks If you are unable to provide the catering service at the time request, please inform the customer asap

Came into jersey mikes as I witnessed a Jersey mike employee coming out of her car, smoke coming out and smelling like marijuana. Other then that awkward moment my experience when it came to ordering my sandwich was great customer service and friendliness.

I ordered a chicken cheese steak via their app and picked it up by the cashier. I felt that it would've been faster if I ordered in the restaurant. There is one restroom in the back. The soap dispenser wasn't working so they gave me some on a sauce container.

Sandwiches are good, my only problem with this place is how dirty it is. The tables weren't clean, the soda machine was sticky and dirty, and the counter top too. One of the girls, the short one could have been cleaning instead of text on her phone.

This place is awesome ... No wait time ...Sándwich are alway the best ... fresh vegetablesbut what's outstanding at this particular location is the customer service you get .... am not sure if I got the assistance manager name Guiro! He was very helpful today I made a confusing order and he got it right .. he woul be a great Manager ... way to go ..

WHY DO YOU CLOSE AT 9PM,ATLEAST 1030PM,9PM IS TOO EARLY,THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
I used to love this place...but the past few visits have definitely caused my opinion to be real negative. The past few times I've arrived 30-60 min before they close. Every one of those times employees have stated that they were out of bread. I clearly saw bread in the shelf of trays that was covered by the white tarp. This last time (5/15/23) a male employee and a female employees were both on their phones as we walked in. They looked pretty annoyed that we went in about 40 min before closing. Idk...it just seems pretty unprofessional when it's obvious that they don't want customers going in the last hour of being open.

So the Restaurant closes at 9pm and I get there at 8:30pm on 3/23/2023 and they are handing a big order to a customer and the male employee ask what did I want and I said chicken bacon ranch and the employee said they don't have any of the hot items they are completely out, I don't believe it, I just wanted to order one sub. Third time this happens same group of employees same place.

Jersey Mike's gotta be the best sandwich chain, at least for cold sandwiches. My go-to used to be the Club Supreme which is still solid but I've switched over to the Original Italian.Haven't been going as much since cold sandwiches are less bomb in the winter but I still stop by since this place is down the street from my house. I usually order on the app and take it home but the store looks pretty clean and the workers are nice enough to pack my oil and vinegar on the side when requested. Soggy sandwiches are a bad thing.The best part is it's right next to my gym so I can eat back twice the calories I burned and then pass out covered in olive oil, shame, and regret.

I want to thank jersey mikes employees for bringing sandwiches like the big kahuna into this world. It is, by no means an ordinary sandwich. This sub right here has mushrooms, cheese, jalapeños all the right food groups. The employees are attentive and i appreciate that they got my order correct and let me get the jalapeño on the side. Definitely recommend :)
