this place really has gone down in quality lately. the chicken isn't as good as it once was. the service is terrible, and the new workers have no idea what there doing. who ever took over this store should have kept the old workers

At the irwindale location there are only open Monday through Fridays. This site is wrong. Definitely call ahead I'm going to call the Covina location now

They always serve great tasting chicken, but I was alil disappointed due to them removing a popular item from the menu, the boneless wings. Hoping they'll change there minds and return this

I’ve had some of the best chicken ever at this gas station however that seems to be a thing of the past… I come in different times of the day because I work close and for the past couple of months they never have bone in chicken and it’s frustrating… I get people buy it but once it’s getting low you would think they would start frying so it never runs out and each time it’s gonna be 30 mins… they are not short of staff because it’s always 4-5 people here… it’s now 2:52 pm and it’s 5 people but a 30 min wait on chicken… This is ridiculous. The way everyone wants to jump into the conversation when I’m speaking to 1 employee they should jump in the back and help out instead of making excuses for why there isn’t any chicken they should be in the back helping prepare it instead of standing around doing nothing… btw I come in anytime between 11:00 am and 6pm This is a really busy gas station

Some of the staff are rude and act like they don't want to help you. Plus how are you out of chicken at noon during lunch?
