Location: Okay, Parking: Good, Presentation: Okay, Service: Decent, Time from Order to table: adequate, Happy Hour: Yes, Overall: First time try and I have to admit it was off the main roads ( In my opinion). Located on the corner, it was easy to spot when you were in the right area. We arrived around 11 am, and the place was empty. So we were able to order and get our food pretty quick. There is no salt
Or pepper on the tables, so you will have to ask. My dish was decent without added spices. I would go back and try another dish. I did post the menu so you can see the current prices as of this review. So for this try and buy, I give it 3. 8 Stars...

This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant.
They are so disorganized it is embarrassing.
We had a reservation for 11 am, it took them at least 40 minutes to come and ask what we wanted to drink, we order our food. Over an hour went by and we never got our food and yet they were bringing the food to other tables within 5 minutes after they sat them.
We had to leave the place and go somewhere else where they care about the customers.
We will not be coming back to this place and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

It was our first time here everything was fabulous food came out piping hot take me back to home cooking carne en sus jugos very nice ambience it could be a date night or family night staff is very friendly plantilla food for what you pay for$$$$

Sad, this could have been a good to spot for me and my family. the vibe is wannabe club type atmosphere but it's obviously not managed well. the night we were there, our server's appareny boyfriend got in a fight with a patron.no security, no police were called. can't take this place seriously. sadly, the food was pretty good. I was surprised honestly. But, to have my children watch a man boy fight is a no go. never going back.

The food was ok they give you small portions and charge alot for them ,the service was terrible the girls that work at this place have the worse customer service they think everyone is trying to flirt with them, the reality is we just want a beer,the owner should start paying attention to all the comments about the the service,first and last time I eat at this place.

Brought my sister and husband here for the first time as I’ve been brought here in the past for my birthday and even Valentine’s Day. Both times great service food and drinks.

This time I came in wasn’t as pleasant. They took forever for a server to go to our table just to get our drink order which they also took a long time to get to us. I ordered the Mamasita drink and it was horrible. It tasted like burnt plastic.( Had other people taste it to make sure it tasted bad) They kindly replaced my drink which was the coconut drink and it wasn’t mixed correctly. You can tell they use a powder which was floating everywhere. Couldn’t finish. Wasn’t that good either. They need to invest in a trained bartender

And just to get refills we had to basically stand up to get their attention because when they dropped anything at our table they’d leave immediately without hearing us asking for refills.

We order food which took long as well. We tried ordering burritos and server said they’re only serving brunch. When I went to the restroom I see other tables with burritos. Not sure why we weren’t able to order that same food item.
They also messed up while taking our order and had to keep telling the server it was wrong. When we received our food it was still wrong. They fixed it which was appreciated but it took so long that he finished his main meal.

After this experience we won’t be coming back. I paid almost $200 for a bad experience and bland food. Honestly wasn’t worth it.

Just take your family somewhere where they’ll enjoy the visit.

The food is delicious. The service sucks the atmosphere sucks you wait for your food for like an hour or maybe two they will forget about you so make sure you sit at the bar or some where close so they can see you do not sit in the back they will forget about you and those are speaking facts

The food is 🔥. Customer service horrible. Reserved a table for 11 for my bday dinner. When I showed up with my party the gentle man working the floor says to me sorry we over booked and I only have a table that seats 5 ppl . They never gave me a solution so the cramped us up in a table for 5 . Food orders came out wrong and when some of my guest finished eating, me the bday girl got my order last so at that point I just asked for a to go box . When paying for the bill I had clearly told the waiter we are all splitting the bill . Sure enough when we get up to pay they said unfortunately we can’t split the tabs 🤯 long story short my bday dinner was a disaster. Manager didn’t even bother to make it right.

My first time in this place, a meeting of friends, the restaurant was very nice and pleasant, the service was decent, we waited almost half an hour at the door to have a table although there were tables available, when I ordered my food, they made a mistake in my order, I asked for over medium eggs and they brought me scramble, I told the waiter and he said he would fix it and finally my fried eggs arrived... it didn't end up medium... rather burnt and in the end I ordered a ceviche to take away, I asked if it was spicy and they told me no! Well, I asked if they could add a little spice and the surprise when I arrived and we started to eat it was impossible to eat it, it was too spicy, it didn't burn... and it had chopped habaneros, the flavor was very good but it was crazy spicy and I honestly regret having paid $25 dollars just for the ceviche that in the end we had to throw it away because we couldn't eat it, it's a shame the place is beautiful but it wasn't a good experience, I was on vacation in California and I wanted to enjoy it with my friends, but I wasn't very satisfied as customer especially since I work in the restaurant industry, I hope they can improve.
