I excepted the ice cream to be good but they are NOT!! The cookies and cream and then the mango one all had an after taste like FABULOSO the cleaning supply one ? do not recommend buying from here

This is the place to go for your sweet and spicy cravings! I use to get ice cream here and take my dates for a walk at Morgan Park and it's been 10 years and quality hasn't changed to be honest its gotten so much better with more varieties ! Everything they make is made in house their own special secret recipe, u can't go wrong with their famous pistachio with waffle cone and if you are craving something spicy try the chamango with extra chillies and chamoy it's a perfect balance of sweet and spicy , u may see many new ice cream store in BP but this is the original the very first ice cream store in BP, and you won't find the same quality at any other store

I obviously love the ice cream but there’s an older gentleman that’s rude and when he gives you the wrong ice cream he’ll say it’s the flavor you originally ordered. I rather go to the one on Maine instead

I once saw a roach in there not gonna eat in this location again
Good taste but very hot inside feels like the heater is on in there makes your ice cream melt so fast in there as soon as you get it starts dripping. Needs AC or better management around there

There is an older man with white hair working there that is horrible. First time we went he told us not to get close to te counter while another family had their kids all over the glass. Second visit he told us to get closer because we needed to be closer. I have been to this place for many years and so far this new employee its making me not wanna go back. I tought it was just me so first time I let it go. Second time my wife told me: what the hell is wrong with that guy he rushes you and seems frustrated when you make him bring you more stuff. So that how I knew it was not just me and decide to write this review. The ladies that worked there might have quit may be. I don't k ow but the guest service is in decline. I'll think about it in goign back and I'll pass the info to all my family. We sticked to this michoacana because their flavor and costumer service. But not any more.
