If you want amazing, melt in your mouth desserts- this place is a winner. thanks to LB CAKE STOP Bakery. The cakes,cookies and all desserts are delicious,unique and beautifully designed. Everything is above expectations, Would highly recommend to everyone.
Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. The woman was incredibly rude to my husband and I. I scheduled an in person consultation and she cracked the door open an inch to dismiss us. And she told me I need to “call” for consultation. I explained that I tried calling but the number was not working it just beeps, never rang or went to voicemail. I also had an in person consult which I never received. They kept my deposit even though they never gave me a proper consultation. I booked online with my phone number and the person I spoke to sent me text messages talking down to me. Saying that i don’t know how to read and that I can’t afford their cakes. They were charging me $350 (including the $25 deposit) for a single tier cake to feed 25 people. Stay away from these people. The woman was nothing but condescending and disgusting. They took my money and didn’t provide a service. Thieves.

So I bought a birthday cake a few years back for my bothers birthday cake was so, so it was well decorated but I personally didn’t like the taste it was the first time I bought an over priced cake. I think ralph’s or even superior market cakes taste better. But I have to say what I didn’t really like is their customer service. No customer service at all they Dismiss you very vaguely and with a bad attitude. I don’t know how they keep customers or continue to stay open. NEVER AGAIN AND I HOPE PEOPLE SEE THIS REVIEW AND KNOW FROM MY EXPERIENCE HOW BAD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.
