I recently visited this amazing bakery, and it surpassed all my expectations! The smell of freshly baked treats greeted me as I walked in, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Their cakes and cookies were divine – I especially loved their signature cake and perfectly baked cookies. I'll definitely be returning for more delicious treats! Also they serve amazing food.

Horrible service, especially form the main lady. I've bought a few cakes her thought a few years. But she's always rude at first I thought she might be having a bad day but know she's just a witch. I had received a cake form them for my daughter2 years ago with a Roblox them. Well when I got the cake it was a whole different them it looked like fairies. I then called her and she didn't want to give me my money back for the cake. It ruined the whole them and I also had decoration to match the Roblox. She proceeded to be rude over the phone so unprofessional. The cakes may be decent looking but customer service and professionalism is trash.

I don’t have the option of giving zero stars, but if I did I would. This place is overpriced and not worth it. Their customer service is horrible. The lady is very rude and needs to learn how to talk to paying customers. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else where they value and respect their customers.

Late night order, my 6 year old daughter had cravings for cake. We just showed up to the place after googling already 10 pm mind you. I love the attention and politeness they showed while we waited for the cake. It does say online orders, they helped us place the order in the spot, and had it ready quick too. My daughter was in love with how well it was decorated, and packaged in a fancy box, nice detail. It tasted great and was reasonably priced.Thank you
If I could give this place, zero stars I would. I went in today needing help for a cake that another bakery had completely botched. I asked the woman who answered the door if she had any cake toppers for sale. I showed her pictures of what the cake looks like and she said she could not help me because she is not going to work on somebody else's cake. I explained to her that I did not want her to touch the cake. I just wanted to see if I can purchase any cake toppers from her then she insisted that none of the cake toppers that she had would look good on the cake. Again, I explained to her if she had any cake toppers regardless of if they matched my cake or not and she stated no she would only help me if I purchased a cake. I was have a cake emergency and she did not care AT ALL.She was very rude and didn't even let me in to the bakery to browse . She was very unprofessional and had quite the attitude with me. Do not go here.

Had a late order for two cakes. One day notice for them and they helped me out above and beyond. Made two beautiful cakes for me that were loved by the birthday girl and the flavors were great. Not overly sweet like some places. We had the Ferrero Rocher cake and a lemon pineapple cake. Pineapple cake was the preferred one. Some of the items are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and we loved the look. Definitely coming back again.

The level of care and product quality is unmatched in this place compared to every bakery I’ve ever been to in my life. The nice lady in the kitchen is a super chef preparing the high quality items with the help of her awesome husband. You have to try LB cake stop.
