I'm a regular customer at this location, but my experience today was very disappointing. I placed an order alf they got it wrong, so I went back to have it fixed, Instead of correcting the mistake, they tried to charge me again for another burger. When I explained the situation, the manager's son was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never had an issue here before, but this experience really changed how I feel about this place. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

The manager is extremely unprofessional, they charged me 300$ for a meal when it was supposed to be 31, they said it was a “simple mistake” and told us to leave. The receipt didnt say 300 until someone let us know. The ladies in the back and manager were smirking and laughing.

The waitress scammed me of 300 dollars on a 30 dollar purchase. MONEY never refunded and the employes continued to bad talk us, so we left. THIS STORE SCAMS DO NOT GO. And considering the fact i never got my money from them till this day. This shows how selfish ppl may be and displat no empithy for customers.

Went again today and had the worst experience yet. The person on the phone was rude and hung up on me when i called to complain, they gave us almost no fries or zucchini and they were cold, for the price you pay its just not right. Never go at night, always go when the owners are there innthe morning, the food is so much better, the night people really just don't give a crap
Just went today and got a hair in my food. Every time I go at night time its always something. But yet every time I go in the morning its perfect, the people are really nice and the food is cooked perfectly. So if you plan on going just go in the morning when the 1st shift is there.

When an ordered a hamburger special and they touch everything with their hands. No gloves, they picked up onion rings and put them in the bag barehanded. Food food is very expensive there for the amount of food that they gthe owner was very rude. Unsanitary one hundred percent

I was in the drive thru and the employee was an older lady she was very rude. I go here and everyone is always friendly but this is not the first time this person has been rude and I asked for her manager she said she was the manager and closed the window. I later called and the lady who answered said her name was Adriana she was not the manager but in charge at night when no manager or owners were there. We love Main burger the food is amazing we come at least 2 times a week after my kids practice its close by.

The only issuance and why I gave them 3 stars is because the menu item I ordered was listed as 7.99( double cheeseburger) in their menu board but when I paid I was charged 8.80 plus tax (see attached). You’re going to loose customers if you don’t update you’re visual pricing.
