Been coming here for years. Their tostada servings are always generous. Their rice and beans are great. Tostada mixta is my go to but I also was craving the mojarra as you can see. Everything tasted great. Small place, and the decor is very dated. But the food makes up for it. Good for to-go orders too.
We rarely dine in, it is usually a take out. Saturday's or Sunday's, we highly recommend their Menudo or Weekday's their 7 Mares , it is delicious and pricing is not bad at all. However, be aware that if you take out then no tortillas will be included.
Ordered 3 things. One was a tostada mixtape. It was not particularly tasty and the presentation was poor. The next thing I ordered was a shrimp cocktail. It had a splash of ketchup and was almost tastless. It had cucumber and very little tomato, no cilantro. That was the worse and a waste of my money imo. It is worth mentioning that they have a variety of hot sauces on the table and they eventually bring you ketchup, lime and crackers. If you’re like me and want your cocktail...
