I certainly can't deny that McDonald's has the best coffee in town! Must have every morning!

Waited almost 30 min for my cold breakfast. Mc muffin bread was not heated at all. Deluxe breakfast cold as well. Many employees working and super slow and terrible food service

Worst McDonalds ever! I donât live in BP and every time I stop by it, they manage to mess up my order! Today was the last time I wonât ve back I donât care if I drive a few miles more!

Donât order fries at 10:40 - they wonât be ready and youâll have to wait over 10 minutes for your âfast foodâ order (itâs 10:52 as I write this and only two cars were ahead of me when I made my order. Ordered two doubles and a medium fry and asked me to drive into Curbside Pickup bc the fries werenât ready. So screaming hot fries and a two burgers that had probably been sitting for 10 minutes.

I understand that due to the poor economy, businesses are cutting staff, so I used the app to place my order. Throughout the process, there was no one at the counter â only staff working inside the kitchen. I ordered a set meal, and surprisingly, they didnât even provide a napkin. Thatâs fine, so I went to the counter to ask. However, I waited for 5 minutes and no one came out, even after calling inside â still no one responded or came to assist.

Whoever is the manager on duty today 5/13/25 at 3pm needs a class in manners. I was in the drive thru and paid for my food at the 1st window. When pulling up to the 2nd window I was asked : What did you order. I repeated my order and was then asked : Did you pay? I said yes, I paid at the 1st window. 10 seconds later, I was asked : Did you pay? Are you sure? Now I know this is a fast food restaurant, but why are you not checking with your own employees or register system? Asking me once is acceptable, but questioning me again and asking if I'm sure? Very rude and unprofessional even for a McDonald's. Someone better teach this women some proper etiquette and i don't know how she's supposed to be setting an example for other workers when she's incapable of even being decently polite to customers. Do better Ronald!

Took thirty minutes to make a medium frie
Worst curb side service ever! You will wait 30 plus minutes just for a large frappe. Had to go inside the store to ask for my order and then wait for them to still make it. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and being convenient. I always order online and never had a problem before. This McDonaldâs sucks!

they ignored the customers
This mcdonaldâs is so slow. I ordered 2 mcflurrys and they took 20 minutes. Whenever you go in the store thereâs never anyone there to get your order, they always want you to order it on the screen. Last time i ordered a cookie tote from the drive through and they told me to wait in front of the store and took 20 more minutes.
