This mcdonald’s is so slow. I ordered 2 mcflurrys and they took 20 minutes. Whenever you go in the store there’s never anyone there to get your order, they always want you to order it on the screen. Last time i ordered a cookie tote from the drive through and they told me to wait in front of the store and took 20 more minutes.

So I ordered today and proceeded to pickup through the drive-thru and they told me they where just waiting on the fries I had place my mobile order ahead of time before I arrived at the location once I had parked they dispatched 2 other customers that arrived after me and I'm still waiting on my order because of fries that probably take only 3-4 min I was waiting for 20 and for fries I even placed the order ahead of time and still waiting alot more than I would in a restaurant for food and it's a fast food establishment find it ridiculous

Didn't bother to help but turn me to machine and lost 15 Minutes of my lunch break. I'm a sales rep with autozone and I know I wouldn't turn a customer to use a computer to look for their own parts. Only to self service myself and wasting 15 mins for lunch to be told they can't help me and turn me to a Machine assuming I speak Spanish only..sticking with Jack's for now

Playground is small, hard materials. Food is fresh, but mc Donal now needs to ask for single tissue or straw that you need. So discomfort, never ask for refill, no idea if they have cut that too.
