Came here on the weekend and was told that the playground was closed because it was raining. That was disappointing because that’s the reason we decided to come in here. Besides this, service and food were average.

Most of time, napkins are wet by oils. This time, they forgot to put syrup for hotcakes.I always think that hotcakes need syrup.I always order same more than a year but sometimes they didn't understand what i was ordering. Besides They had handed me the wrong order before.I am not sure that other people noticed the price is getting higher depends on your order.For my order, deluxe, the price has been increased by 40 cents monthly.The quality of food is not getting better.In addition, they always ask donations for the change.I am very disappointed by McDonald's.

Today 03//13/24 at 8:12 am I asked to change pick up in the lobby, the cashier was very friendly but horrible, they had to work with the person in charge on duty, he left the food in the bag on a shelf without delivering the cold food when he gave it to me Reluctantly, after 40 minutes of waiting, you can tell she doesn't like her job or doesn't want to work. Bad attitude for the costumers. She had a huge line of cars in drive thru, even though she has a good work team. Her laziness and bad attitude delay everything. I hope the corporate takes the situation into account, I will gladly provide the information.

Horrible service, got my order completely wrong was missing food and they didn’t want to give me what was missing. Asked for a manager and I was wanting to pay for the food that they were missing and told me no, pour management he was just so rude said there’s nothing he could do for me. They wanted me to go back through the long line to wait again for food that they missed. Definitely won’t be going back there again.

Worst McDonald's ever , second time I've found hair in my food , I was so disgusted I bit into a McRib sandwich mid way I pulled a long hair had to pull it out of my mouth so disgusted, last week same restaurant for breakfast same thing only I saw it while I opened the egg McMuffin to put some ketchup in it looked like a hair from someone's private part I should have learned my lesson that time , but for sure won't be eating there again
This McDonald's is what I expect of all McDonald's,; friendly staff, fast service, clean restaurant. The only concern was in the men's bathroom. While extremely clean, hot air dryer timer is extremely short. People need more than 3 seconds to dry their hands. Other than that, the owner of this restaurant is doing a great job!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible on the east side of the building.

I had a great experience at McDonald's on 14 October 2023 at 16:34 PDT. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my food was made quickly and correctly. I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and a milkshake, and everything was delicious. The Big Mac was juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and hot, and the milkshake was thick and creamy.Overall, I had a very positive experience at McDonald's. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's to others.
