Can you guys stop forgetting the sauce and I would order extra but literally not once have you guys even put in one when I ask for it..

Ordered food through manager name tag said Angel he was very rude and has no management skills needs to relearn how to deal with customers

missing food and lost money, explained, did not believe me and kept money

Horrible place can't even do there job right I spoke to a guy name David and he did not seem like he wanted help or to be there.please go to another McDonald's that's cares thankyou.

The workers HEAVILY push you to use the kiosk. Fries are awful and dry. They avoid human interaction.

They close their dining at 8pm. They made me late to work multiple times.

Very rude manager. It took going to the window 3 times to get my order. I wanted a new burger because it got cold waiting 5 minutes for my fries waited 9 minutes for new burger now fries are cold. Took 15 minutes to complete my order of burger and fries. He had some extra fries in the bag but just dumped them in the trash in front of me setting a bad example for the employees. He never said sorry for the delay or any apology. A customer sitting near by said how rude he was!!!!

horrible place it seems that they are more concerned for the drive though than the actual lobby workers act as if you don exist when you are in here no wonder inside is dead an empty I went in for a coffee and it took me over 20 minutes after I asked an employee what was going she got all mad saying that she didn’t know what I was talking about till I asked to speak to a “manager” she asked the employee employee responded she didn’t know all this for JUST 1 COFFEE how is management running this place? at then she came back with a coffee that was already cold did not bother to ask if I needed anything else and just walked away this happened Friday December 6 7:20 AM mobile order 626.

Really bad service, I been here 5 times in two weeks and alway messing up my orders. Specially when it comes to using my rewards and deals in separate orders. Others times managers have been able to fix the problem, this time I went the guy manager in charge had no solution, regarding them taking my points and not being able to give me my food.

There's homeless people sleeping and begging by the door to greet you. The service sucked, didn't give me a drink when they brought my order to my car.
