McDonald's

I've come to this mcdonald's several times and every time they never get my order correct. Employees can be careless. Service with no effort. Rolling eyes. Always check your order.

Order on app. Some unknown reason app never let's you enter parking space. Seems this location only too. Walk in and get ignored because food isn't on pick up counter. Wait till Cashier yells I need my order after showing her app and checking right location. Can't find. Manager then looks at my app for confirmation. Then accuses me of using a screenshot. Hanf her phone to check. Finally finds food in drive thru that 3 others couldn't find. Then get accused of being delivery with my kids with me. As if that's some excuse or my fault. Im just trying to get my food offering all avaliable proof that I'm the one who ordered it.

Please dont ignore us. Its busy things get over looked. Dont treat me like I'm the one in the wrong.

Been there twice this past week and your soft drinks don’t taste good. That was the one thing I could count on. Syrup carbonation is off.

Today @ 830pm we went drive thru, the staff taking orders and window 1 were we pay was rude, and 0 star for service. and the guy in window 2 that time who prepared the food, forgot to put the fries we went back and he give us a burned and old fries. 0 star for customer service.

2nd day and exact change or atm only. I guess for making $20.00 per hour you would think they could do 4th grade math and have a better attitude towards customer service.

I order the kids meal and had the option to the little McDonald’s set toy, which I did. When I picked up my order with the kids meal they did not come with the little McDonald’s set toy which I picked. I asked a worker and they said they ran out, and that I could come back tomorrow to exchange the toy when they get a shipment with the little McDonald’s set toy. The next day I came back and they did not have the little McDonald’s set toy. If they don’t have the toy they shouldn’t have the option to choose that toy. Waste of my money and my time.

I appreciate the fact that they are open late.
But if they’re going to sell OLD FOOD FROM EARLIER IN THE DAY. JUST CLOSE. FRIES WERE FROM YESTERDAYS FIRST SHIFT. NUGGETS WERE FROM 6pm WE WENT AT 3:45 am.
Seriously No one wants Old food in the middle of the night.
