On May 14, at around 12:10 AM, we placed a mobile order. I drove through the drive-thru, and the girl told me the system was down. I asked about my mobile order, and she said they wouldn't accept it, so it could be refunded. Then, as we were driving to another location, it said the order was ready. Seriously!
