Today I ordered 2 MC Flurries, one problem is that when I got it one of them was litterly empty I pointed that to the window guy and he said that when they scoop the ice cream they stired it and that's why it was like that so I said ok, but when I got home I'm not kidding there was a bugs leg on the other one I'm not sure if it was a cockroach leg or mosquito leg but sure it was disgusting🤢 I didn't even think of taking a picture I just tossed it in the trash,,, really bad experience

Worst Mc Donald's they always find a way to mess up your order even on some chicken nuggets I ask him 2 times about the bbq sauce and wen I get home no bbq sauce in the bag always have bad service at this location

I'm went to this McDonald's and they asked to use my phone to do a survey and they i said can get "whatever " I want it on the menu. I let her use my phone to do the survey and it was a general manager that did it and when I asked for "whatever" I wanted they wouldn't give it to me and it was only one Item S.M.H. did me dirty.

This is the second time I have to return my fries and I don't even blame Ricardo for the service I asked for fresh fries and he asked the guy in the black hoodie cause they gave me some dryass fries and idk if the guy in the black hoodie thinks I wasn't looking and all he did was throw them back in the oil and called it fresh fries apparently

The drive thru person was very mean and snappy. Redeemed a cheeseburger with the app. At the window they were swearing at each other and they got my order wrong.. the food wasn’t even warm

They frequently get the order wrong even though I give special instructions. It's a pain having to go back because they do not read yhe ticket or don't listen or both!

Wheelchair accessibility: No problem for wheelchair people getting in and out of the restaurant or rest rooms

I went through the drive through and the manager who was in charge was being disrespectful and lied to me about not being able to honor my employee meal discount and the girl who was in the back booth was so unprofessional that she was laughing at me. First time being at that McDonald location and it was such a horrible experience. Not even the employees at my McDonalds work location act so disrespectful towards a customer.
