I purchased my pizza by using the Papa John's app. I sent my co-worker to pick up the pizza for me, and he brought me someone else's order, so when I called the store, CHRISTINA started yelling at me as to why it was not her fault that I got someone else's order. She demanded that I bring back the wrong order to get the pizza that I paid for. She was so loud, that everyone in the office heard her screaming at me. I will never order from this Papa John again! If I get charged for the pizza that I didn't received, I am calling AMEX to dispute the charge.

Horrible Service at this place. I had been ordering from this place for years but this time I ordered it went very bad. It started out that I waited a very long time for my order then I noticed I received an email saying the order was delivered. So I called and it took forever to get a hold of someone. I finally got a hold of someone named Anna who she said she was the Assistant Manager. I told her nobody delivered my pizza and it said it had been delivered. She told me that the delivery person tried to call me and got someone who said "stop calling I didn't order any pizza" which was a lie and sounded weird off the bat because she confirmed my phone number and nobody had called. Then she said the delivery person went up to the door an nobody answered which was another lie because I have a doorbell camera. This sounded very weird and an obvious lie. They were up to something or some sort of scheme. I told her the delivery guy was lying to her or was not a very smart person. She snapped and started defending the delivery person which I don't know if he was related to her or her boyfriend but it was very strange how personal she took it and started yelling and criticizing us and wouldn't let me talk. She was very rude and unprofessional and the delivery person was obviously a liar or not a smart person which I have come to believe since she changed her story twice on me about the delivery person that it was just a lie and weird. Plus she didn't try to bother to call me or attempt to call me to confirm the phone number. Something was definitely going on there. Solely because of this experience I will never be ordering from this Papa Johns plus I complained to corporate. This needs to be looked into but from the other reviews I've seen. It doesn't seem like the Manager there cares about the customers or there complaints.

We ordered online and they take forever to have your order ready it took about 45 minutes to pick up and its still not ready to have 2 pizzas ready will not be returning back to this location they must not be reading the online orders or not doing their job properly ----poor service
They wanted Me To Pay first and tip the Driver. The Driver did Not Come to My Door and Made Me Go all the way to the Street Even after being told to deliver to the Door. The Manager said there is some policy I did Not See and Was Made Up.... Verry Poor Service. I could gone to BP Pizza CO if I wanted to pick up My Pizza. I give A Minus -5 Stars But it won't let me post till I give 1 star or better =/
