The food is great, but the service is another story. We were working at a facility nearby for 10 days and had lunch there every day. There are two guys working there; one is the cashier, and he is very nice, but the older guy in charge was so rude that we were hesitant to go back each day. The food was good, so we went anyway.
To give you some context, there were six of us, and our check was around $130 every day. When we asked for garlic sauce (not an extra one, just the one for the meal), we were told that it's not for the beef kebab and only comes with chicken, so we would have to pay. We ordered drinks daily, taking sodas and a Vitaminwater from the fridge. One day, the older man came up screaming that we had ordered five drinks, but the Vitaminwater was $1 more! Then, he screamed at the cashier for not checking on things.
He behaved as if he didn't want to see us at all, even though we were always nice and did nothing wrong. I just can’t wrap my mind around how this place has any clients at all!

I had lunch here today and ordered item #52 — it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh and authentic, and the portion size was just right. The service was amazing — very friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect. For about $18, the meal was well worth it. Great pricing for the quality of food and overall experience. Definitely coming back soon!

This is my first visit to Pitas To Go. I got a recommendation to try out their food, so I tried the Falafel wrap. The wrap was made within 5 minutes as there was no rush at the time I ordered. The falafels were too salty. I think they added twice the portion of salt required. The two stars is for having vegetarian items in all sections of the menu.

Cashier guy always has good costumer service. Waited 30 minutes for my mobile order with grub hub, whenever I checked the order was wrong. Had to wait about another 10 minutes and the jalapeños were not completely grilled. I would say place a phone order instead of grub hub order with them
Food was great ^~^ ! Meat was juicy, lots of favor . Good service 👍
Chicken kabobs amazing
I just use pitas to go to cater my son's 40th birthday everything was amazing and the people loved the food. The beef and chicken were so tender the salad very fresh the hummus nice and creamy
It hurts to see all the bad reviews which I do understand, but one of the owners Sean, is such a sweet man, his brother on the other hand is a handful. Literally only go for Sean, such a hard working person. i usually see him working the most, and I believe he may even prep and make most of the food, a lot of background work that definitely goes unnoticed. The food is phenomenal, wish him all the best of luck!
I'm not asking for fine dining treatment but the service here is terrible
A friend had been urging us to try this spot and we finally went even though it was out of the way. Expectations were low of I'm going to be honest but the one look and one taste of the chicken shwarmah made the drive worth it! Flavorful and meaty, I highly recommend it. We will be frequenting this spot whenever we're in town.

Not what is used to be. Staff not very friendly. I was in the area for a meeting and went in for lunch. Overall the food was good but over priced, $19 without a drink. Ordered the fish fillet plate and the fish was good quality but very over seasoned. I asked, where are the napkins? I was informed there was one in my plastic fork, spoon set. Changed for simple garlic sauce. The restaurant was very warm inside, no AC.
Not the greatest experience.

i love this place. amazing service and tasty food.
Been going here many years, and no doubt they have great food! But prices are pretty high, and “size-flation” has hit and the portions have gotten a lot smaller too. A chicken plate lunch and a drink runs about $20 now.
