F, pizza hut on Ramona blvd in Baldwin Park ca... The 2nd time i ordered, they supposedly clise at 1am, but my order was supposed to arrive at 12:23 am. Never showed up. & Im calling, and answer machine says , sorry this location is closed.... Tf....

Not telling Charging service fee in advance is not a good idea. Other pizza place don't charge it though. Receipt doesn't show detail People may think it is expensive than they think My order was ready but they couldn't find mine. I have to wait 15 minutes more. No one apologizes me. Their service was horrible Very disappointing.
I should not have to pay Pizza Huts employees their wages. A service fee was added to my purchase, yet I picked up my own Pizza. NEVER again will I purchase a Pizza from here and will encourage everyone else including my family to do the same.
Parking: I'm only here to say I will never buy pizza here again. A service fee was added to my bill ,yet I picked up my own Pizza. I should not be responsible for Pizza Huts employees wages.

Pizza was very doughy. Wasn't cooked evenly. It wasn't even cut nicely. Very disappointed with Pizza Hut. I remember them being really good. Unfortunately, the quality and price are simply not what it used to be. There's also a service fee just to use the app. It's not even from uber or doordash it's their own PizzaHut App! What?!?!?

Ugh! I hate that they've added a service fee for all orders. As if CA didn't tax us enough! And to top it off, it's NOT a tip. It is simply an additional charge.
