Maggie is the extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending "manager" that works the front. She lacks the ability to properly train her staff. I was told I could purchase a plushie to support local shelters and animals. After charging my card the employee said oh whoops looks like we're out of plushies. I asked for a refund and Maggie had an attitude the whole time. She was giggling with her coworkers and when I asked how she planned on addressing the situation she very rudely and mockingly snapped and rolled her eyes. I asked her politely to not be rude and she got defensive and replied "I'm not being rude" I will be taking this up with corporate so they can further educate their staff. Maggie does not represent the great customer service I have had at canes in the past and should be relieved of her managerial duties effective immediately.

I normally don’t have a bad experience here but what is up with this? The receipt showed that they put down hot sauce for the order but forgot it which should’ve checked. My fault for believing in a place that I had to even double check to begin with. Things happen but still this isn’t the first time. Also why are they stingy with the fries? Granted I don’t really prefer their fries but this portion is crazy to me. There’s also no lettuce to be found on the sandwich which if I’m not mistaken always comes on it. This is so not okay.
