One of the better fast food burgers we've had in the area. I've updated my review to reflect another visit. When compared to other fast food places. I will call this a 5/5. Food was just as good. The girls behind the counter were very nice and fixed the mistake. (missing some mot sticks). No fuss, looked at the recipe, apologized, and got us some fresh ones.

Employees refused to let me pick up my mobile order after being trapped in the long drive thru line. Employees made me come inside the restaurant to pick up my order and further wasted my time by making me wait for an hour for food. Every time I have come to this location I have run into several issues. Don’t waste your time here. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend this place.

I really thought about it and I decided I have to put a review about the incompetence of the employees or employee I should say that works there. I went there today August 28th at around 2:00 p.m. and I ordered five items period after waiting for 15 minutes at the drive-thru she handed me the bag and I asked her very confidently is everything in there that I ordered. Rather than check the bag in front of her and upset them be since that happens sometimes when I make it a habit since this often is a mistake at fast food places. And sure enough as I checked a few minutes later I was missing two items the total cost for the food I purchase was $16 and it seems to be a habit. It's very unfortunate because I support people in this industry that work and fast food but this is totally unacceptable I'm very disappointed and I'm seriously contemplating if I should keep going to the Rally's in Baldwin Park

I love a good old burger joint!!!! Rallys is what I'm talking about. Their fries will have you screaming for more. The Big Buford is undescribable!!! Try them for mouthwatering food. You won't be disappointed
