Food is decent. Usually quicker then other places around as it's not crowded often.I have 2 issues with this location.1: When I was using promos i.e. the receipt has a survey that got a free burger after completion. On 2 separate occasions I was told there was an issue with the register. Which was off because I never had an issue a couple of days before.2: Issue with using coupons or promos from the app. Now I chalked this up to maybe staff not being trained on app orders, but again haven't ran into this issue at other similar establishments.

Older lady with grey hair was the rudest person ever called me a liar to my face 3 times while smiling didn't offer any kind of help was extremely rude this location is already slow so you would think they would try to hold their usual customers . Last time I ever go here. Plenty other options in the area with better customer service

Oh boy Diana needs to step it up came in today and wasn't pleased with my service and the food ,you go into rallys expecting to have a good lunch and you have nobody saying I'll be right with you....after quite the wait we order and have our lunch were dining in and put our food to go but not a problem, my wife got a chicken sandwich and took 2 bites and couldn't finish it I asked if she wanted anything else we decided to not to so my wife opted to just get a soft serve to go and we paid for it and said do you want a bag for your sandwich my wife declined and I said she didn't liked it and diana laughed ...not what I expected and won't be back.

The service was great but my food was awful. I had a fish sandwich that was extremely over cooked and I asked for tarter sauce and ketchup it was like they put one dot of sauce. So overcooked and dry. I even added ketchup. My fries where overcooked as well it was like biting rocks. I was very disappointed a waste of money. The best part of the meal was my fruit punch.
