The employees here always seem happy here and just friendly. It’s good To see. Management is definitely doing a good job keeping their employees happy and the customers can sense it. Kudos to you all five stars.

Came in for a strong coffee today my expectations were absolutely met with the afternoon staff at this location. Great service as well as craft in making the coffee . The location is clean and convenient. If you’re in the area and looking for a Starbucks to go to this is the location !

Very bad service and the lady working there is very rude and I saw she put her finger in the ice coffee when she was making it. So dirty and unclean!. Don't drink there!

Remarkable Staff! I’ve come daily for over a month to make sure I could leave this review in good faith. My need for special handling (nut allergy) tends to frustrate most Starbucks staff (I visit different Starbucks 2-3 times a day) Others roll their eyes, shame me and flat out ignore my special request. *****But this Starbucks is beyond exceptional. ***** 99% of their staff treat me with the utmost kindness and understanding of my health issue… they give 200% extra special care when preparing my drink that instills the deep trust I so desperately hope for and allows me to drink my morning coffee safely without fear. The facility is clean and perfectly comfortable for working (loudness of music doesn’t overwhelm), easy parking, large outside patio, easy access to 10 fwy, Walmart, McDonald’s, Denny’s and Home Depot. I highly recommend for all of your coffee shop desires. They are the Platinum standard to which I hope all other Starbucks in the area could learn from… it would be great if other Starbucks sent their staff here to train. The employees here take pride in their job. They deserve Starbucks location of the year award. Thank you to every single one of you on site who’ve taken my fragile life into your hands and handled it with the utmost love and care… every morning. I appreciate you. Tips are definitely deserved here!!!!

I went to this Starbucks today’s in full law enforcement uniform, wearing my badge, working in the area, and asked the manager for the code to the restroom. The manager, Adriana, told me I had to make a purchase or else I could not have the code for the restroom. In my 20 years as a law enforcement officer, I’ve never been denied using the restroom while in uniform. I thought we had the community support but I guess in this case, we do not. I mean, to deny a law enforcement officer in full recognizable uniform to use the public restroom in Starbucks is very disheartening. 14640 Baldwin Park Town Center, Baldwin Park, CA.

Worse customer service EVER. They keep spelling my name Toto or Tits and now today they put Titi on the cup as if humiliating me is ok simply because im old, bald and my name is Tito!

Tianna was very rude . Came in for some coffee.Asked to use the restroom And she would not allow me to use the restroom unless I made a purchase i let her know i was going to make my purchase after I used the restroom and she acted like if I was lying and going to run off after the restroom
