Worst starbucks ever. Worst parking spots. Totally ruin my birthday vibr. Had me waited 30 MINS for my MOBILE ORDER and showing no guilty. They even ask me to pay extra $1 for the drink that I order regularly. My food is already cold when I receive my drinks. Crazy service and attitude. Never go to this location again.

Worst service ever! Being a fan of Starbucks. I have my Starbucks regularly, but this branch which is next to Wendy and opposite of Target is the worst!!!As a loyal fan of Starbucks, I like to collect points and attend all of the events.Today I came for the Bogo Buy 1 get 1 Fall drink. At first, I came early so after being told, i understand, so I parked and waited on the parking lot for 15 mins. My clock said 12, and I drove to the drive thru to hear the girl saying again that her clock still have 3 more minutes and she cannot serve me. She asked me to leave in order to serve another customers.It should not be a problem if the tone of her voice hadn't sounded challenging me for getting the promotion at first. Her voice seems like "Aw, another one is seeking for promotion" again. The second time I came back and she talked to me like an unwanted customer although only 3 mins left. Or she can asked me if I want to have another drink? (After lefting this branch and go to another branch, I bought Mango Dragon fruit - my favorite drink bc I was so thirsty for the wait).I came to this branch almost 3 days a week bc of the space for my studying. Although they do not make a good drink as their counterparts. And always let customer waiting to chatting with each other. The work station is dirty. But I came bc it is near my house. But this is the last time! Bye bye The SB branch at Fw 10 & Fw 605I would rather drive further to the branch at BP & Ramona or the one on Target which is so much better quality and service

This place has posted on the window hrs of operation at 845 there making last call close at 900pm I'm like wth. Look at this

While I was waiting for my order, I witnessed several employees and even the manager harass a person who was in the bathroom for a little more than ten minutes. The manager threatened to call the police on the person after unlocking another bathroom, which was available.Rather than simply resolving the matter with the simplest solution (which they ended up doing anyway), they resorted to threats and shaming. I have never seen anyone get treated like that at ANY other Starbucks location, nor have I ever been treated like that myself. Horrible location, rude staff, an even more rude manager, and all around a complete waste of time.If you insist on getting Starbucks, go to ANY other location possible even if it's not convenient. You'll save yourself from potentially having the cops called on you for simply using the bathroom. I had also heard the customer complaining to them about their order being made wrong after coming out, so there's that too. Apparently when you tell them that you have a lactose restriction, they ignore you and put milk in the drink anyway. I can only assume that's why the person was in the bathroom in the first place. To top it all off, when I decided to walk out of the store, I overheard the customer attempting to call what I assume was a corporate phone number to complain about the experience. I heard an answering machine tell the person that the number was disconnected! No accountability at this location whatsoever! Worst Starbucks in existence!

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of us only to be given half the serving of a tall. Oh yeah and waited another 5 minutes to remake the drink. Ridiculous

It's a good place just atmosphere outside of it can be filled with weird people and homeless people just camping out. But They have drive thru which is my usual thing since I'm only getting my drink and then need to drive to my next destination. The only food I get is their banana loaf which is ok but enouugh to go with my drink.
I was absolutely shocked and disappointed with my visit today at Starbucks I asked for extra cameral and this is what I got . On top of this horrible drink my vanilla bean scones were as hard as rocks will not be visiting this location again.

I came in today to get a mocha. Frappuccino and my order wasn't done like I wanted it but then they fixed it and the guy in the front his name is Matthew and he's a great guy. He's very friendly. Such a great service. Thank you very much will be back soon.

Being for more than 25 years a customer to Starbucks, today I was so upset as the service wasn't good at all.I understood that during Corona Virus with high risk of infection the corporation designated a restroom for customers & the other one for employees.But now after 3 years the rule remains the same, with a line for the customers designated restroom & while asking the barista, the one who took my order, she came & told me stay in line without opening the other one designated for the employees.There was one in front of me waiting, and another one inside the restroom taking forever.Food & drinks are good but service 0 stars.Also tables were not clean, I clean the one to stay on by myself.Surely I will not come to this branch again.Thank you for your ( hostility ) hospitality.
