So I'm sure for all of the Starbucks fans out there, have heard of the 50% off of cold coffees after 12 on Wednesday!!!?? What a great treat!!!!Anyways I had not heard of this special until going by Starbucks about 3 weeks ago and the staff rang my order up and then told me my fairly cheap price and told me about the promotion that was going on. So kind of her. I was very satisfied with her service. Let me remind you that was not this Starbucks!! At all. I came in just now and noticed the cashier(Alex) taking orders did not mention it to the customer before me and then when finished taking my order she asked if I wanted to use any of my stars or coupons for the order, I said no. Only because I assumed she would automatically offer the promotion that was going on. She did not! Did not even mention it, so I asked well what time does the 50% off end of Wednesday. She replied it doesn't, it's until we close. So I asked her well why didn't I get it, her response was oh well I asked you. Would u like to use it? Of course I want to use it. Why do I wanna pay fullPrice when the promotion is going on?? I asked her so u just don't give the promotion out or mention it if the customer doesn't ask u Alex then said no we do not. Crazy. Starbucks I love your coffee, but your customer service has just about killed me from going to Starbucks at all anymore. It's everywhere you go. Very sad.

I don't know how much you have to spend to be able to qualify for a bag. Blows my mind. How am I supposed to transport 6 drinks? I couldn't buy or get a bag. Drinks were fine.

This location is literally 2 mintues from my home but I usually avoid it. Almost everytime I order an extra shot for my drinks I never get it that's an extra $1 I spend and don't get what I paid for...I guess I need to start checking before I pay & leave

This Starbucks always gave me so much ice. I gave them a 2nd chance and told the service to make sure they'd give me light ice, but they still gave me a lot of ice at the end. Having the size of the venti becomes like drinking the size of grande only. Feel like getting ripped off tho!! Anyway... I won't come here anymore.

DONT GO HERE!! They suck! I ordered a medicine ball, it was so hot the cup was literally softening. No double cup!! Who does that. Then it was basically water, tasteless. No love at all.Rude guy at the window, and the long haired girl that gave me my drink was worse, probably cause drink was burning her hand lol Just spend extra 5 minutes going to another Starbucks.
Brand new Starbucks that opened last year. Comfortable interior, friendly baristas, and a convenient drive thru.

I order a grande no ice brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso and I got less than half the cup with coffee cause I didn't want any ice. That is such a rip off

Oh, I am just giving this review because I ordered a medicine ball and I only got one cup no protection not a sleeve not a double cup one lid, and I just burn the **** on my leg and dropped the tea all over my car because I couldn't even hold it .I usually drink my tea in my car but no not today. Thanks a lot for protecting me from this hot water Starbucks.

Took a little longer to get our drinks and didn't have a lot of the menu options. But the drinks were good so that made up for it
