Horrible customer service. They don't open on time. Then the manager at the time didn't have the decency to explain when they will open. She made gestures with her hands to go through the drive thru yet she saw the vehicle I had which was a huge Ford Transit. The website and also Google state they open at 4:30. It doesn't specify 4:30 Drive thru only

This place always takes long to get helped at drive thru, people go through drive thru for fast service but ends up waiting longer , that’s why I give this place 2 stars

Very fast and friendly service.
Drinks are nice and strong. They do it right!
Very nice outdoor patio seating only.
Nearby parking is difficult because of the drive-thru blocking the spaces. Coming in from Imperial can be trouble if the drive-thru is backed up. Just use the NEXT driveway and come around the back of Stox and you're good.
It does get busy here in the mornings but relatively quiet in the afternoon.

My mom comes here every single day before work for over 10 years. Maybe even 15-20 years. Since they opened.

For the first time in a while I met my mom here to buy her a cup of coffee before work. After our purchase I accidentally left my wallet here. They were gracious enough to hold my wallet for me. Really sweet employees, they all know my mom. She loves this location and is always beaming walking in.

Thank you again for holding my wallet. I really appreciate the kindness in these times.

Wishing this location another 20 years of business and good fortune.

Went to get some coffee for our drive home and wow......this kids were extra rude. The girl at the windo didn't even want to scan my phone for my points. STARBUCKS DO BETTER FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES SO THEY TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER.

One batista insisted not to give my husband the code for the bathroom until he ordered. My husband even said he will order but he just really need to pee. We we're supposed to order through drive tru because it's night time, but he needs to use the restroom so I just stayed in the car because my son was sleeping. This batista was so judgemental and kept insisting my husband that he need to order first. Maybe because he was just wearing his pajama and hoodie. What a joke

I ordered a venti pink drink with no ice and no strawberry fruit inclusions. I’ve ordered this multiple times before at this same location and never had any issues before. However, they gave me so little for what I paid. When I asked why there was so little drink, they said it was because I asked for no ice and no fruit. It doesn’t make sense why they’d give me so little just because of that. Even with light ice they’ve given me a full cup of the drink. The drive thru was pretty busy so I’m not sure if that impacted their service for the lobby itself. I’m very disappointed

Horrible Starbucks they refused to open lobby after posted schedule on window says they open at 5:30 AM and the app also shows they open at 5:30 AM both drive-through and lobby. I will be contacting corporate about this. This is unacceptable.

This specific location is overdue for a well deserved review I don’t know why it’s taken me so long but I’ve been coming to this location for years!!!! I can’t stress that enough! Mind you I have about two other locations I can go to but I will not!!! Ever go to another location. When your baristas know you on a first name basis and treat you like family! That’s what keeps me and my family and friends going to this location they actually care!!!! They always get our drinks right! And the biggest thing is I’m all about customer service!!!!! Being in the customer service industry I take it seriously and hands down all of the employees here are the best at what they do. Vincent thank you for your amazing amazing customer service and for treating us like family. I hope your management team recognizes all of the employees here for their hard work dedication and most importantly their customer service.
